An utter shambles! Avoid at all costs

An utter shambles!! Unfortunately I booked a flight using this company to Phuket indirectly with Cathay Pacific (CP). CP rearranged my flight on the 10th Feb 2020 to Phuket via Hong Kong and sent me the change details via email and text; this would have meant staying a night in Hong Kong midst coronavirus with 2 very young children, then returning an extra 4 days later from Phuket. no communication from Lastminute. CP informed me I could only cancel the flight and receive a full refund through Lastminute. I called Lastminute on 12 separate occasions as I did not accept this change and to refund my money (legally required); they promised me someone would contact me to confirm this, nothing!! It was only until one hour before the flight was due to leave they decide to offer me a refund. I’m still waiting for the refund that was paid by CP to Lastminute on 15th Feb!! Avoid this company at all costs; no customer service (they charge you to contact their Indian call centre via phone for the privilege), no communication, not a proper company!! They do not deserve even one star!
