No customer service to speak of

I have cancelled a flight due to Spain's lockdown and have been told that I will not receive a refund despite the actual airline saying on their website that they are giving out vouchers that match the flight cost. I would have been happy with this !

It is impossible to contact lastminute.com you cannot get through to an agent on the phone , all of their options tell you to check the website or manage your booking there. Every email address that I have found sends back an automatic reply that says the emails are not monitored and will not be responded to .

I understand that the outbreak is unprecedented but the lack of customer service or clarity is appalling. Avoid this travel agent.

We cancelled a trip less than 24hrs…

We cancelled a trip less than 24hrs before hand and were initially told no refund was available but after sending them an email stating that it was because we had left the country due to Covid-19 they immediately refunded us in full. Excellent service, thank you very much ! Better than my travel agent
