Such a fun way to discover new things!

Such a fun way to discover new products! I love getting my boxes as you never know what is going to be in them and, to date, each one has been really good with good quality products for either myself or my cats. In fact, two of the products I've tried have now become staples of my weekly shop and I occasionally add others too. Everything is carefully and sustainably packed with good information about the products you are asked to try and feedback required from you is usually fun to complete as well. There is also a campaign on some social media sites that you can join in to try and earn prizes but I'm not a member of the social media sites they use, alas. Highly recommend signing up with them and see if you end up being a match for one of their campaigns.

Superb dried cat food

This is for the dried food. All three of my cats loved it, including the two very picky eaters, and wanted more. I ended up using it for treats too rather than buying something extra. Obviously really tasty to them. Great quality food needed in smaller quantities for them so, despite the initial expensive, invents up being comparable and is just so much better for them.

Caused awful acute hives

Caused awful acute hives on me. Never had a reaction to any detergent before. It is also strongly scented (not perfumed). Such a shame as the idea is good but I just cannot use this. Am now on medication to try and control the itchiness and help with some sleep.

Customer service was excellent by phone only

Customer service was excellent by phone (not so much by email though) hence the four stars and quickly dealt with my request to cancel after my first order, which ended up being the wrong case and had a can of beer that had exploded and lost all its contents on arrival. Giving 4 Stars for Customer Servive by phone (knocked one off for CS by email - would liked to have knocked off more but that wouldn't have been fair to the person I spoke to on the phone). Disappointed I never got the beers I ordered, no mention was made of trying to get them to me and I would have been happy to return the other beers, so decided to call it quits as it wasn't the best start to say the least! To call an exploded can with no contents in it cosmetic damage isn't that impressive. Interesting selection of Asian (not Scottish, which I wanted) beers though!

Really brilliant experience in Ruislip!

Really brilliant experience in Ruislip. Truly friendly and attentive staff who took their time to listen properly to my needs and gave great advice. No hard sell push but they let me know of any extras and gave gentle advice as to what might be appropriate and suit me, given my narrow doorways and three cats. They worked very hard to make it right for me. Delighted with the service and can't wait to get my new sofa bed! Delivery seems to a bit quicker than first told too, which is even better. Very happy a friend suggested DFS!

Be very careful!

Be very careful!

I've just noticed they have been taking something called Laundryheap + at £2.99 per month from my account. I don't remember signing up to that! Not very happy. Very hard to get hold of them (only way is to download the app) and am waiting to hear what they have to say. Such a shame as the service is good and useful. Hopefully I will get this explained soon.
