All my stocks and funds from my Revolut investment account just disappeared after I updated the app. They have no other contact than that robot Rita.. ! I hope it’s just a glitch but the fact that you can’t call anybody it’s enough fir me !!

Never recommend Revolut to your friends!
I recommended a couple of friends to use revolut. One of them tried to make a transfer from his Barclays account to buy some shares - same name, same country small sum ! They blocked his payment but didn’t tell him .. he went in circles looking for the money ! Forget about the share price which dipped and recovered in the meantime - he is trying to recover his money ! Nobody answers! He’s convinced it’s a scam ! I feel so embarrassed for recommending revolut never again!!! I will however write an article about this !

Parcel is lost!
I have a tracking no but I can't see my parcel anywhere since it left on the 20th of May.. The site is not updated, I have no idea where they are, I am pressed for time as I am returning goods and only have a couple of days left to get there or else they will come back.. this is bad service!

I have a tracking no but their site is not updated. My collet left on the 20th but it hasn't arrived, no idea where it is. It's lost. I am returning goods and I am pressed for time or they'll come back. never again !
This service is so bad
This service is so bad , I am not sure how this company stays in service ..
I was looking merely for a quote to return something , I spent an hour going in circles unsuccessfully. Eventually, I decided to go for booking a delivery but I gave up when they gave me a high quote. When I gave up I was sent a request for a review. I accepted only to realise their feedback process was even more complicated than the booking a shipment. I couldn't send the review, the system kept asking I needed to review one more question which wasn't there ... -)) seriously "! I won't ship with you thx!
Very high commission for bad service
Very high commission for bad service. I called the Raiffeisen branch in Bucharest before the end of last month and asked them to close my Euro account. The officer assured me that she'll put a request and will be done asap. I will receive a confirmation email. It's been 3 weeks and email never arrived, when I check the account it's adding charges. I called again a minute ago ,a certain Stefan Iordache said I would need to pay the charges before he can close it. The thing is, I lost trust in their service. I don't have any guarantee I won't end up on the phone next month with the same story. Never again will I bank with them!
