Money gone.

Used the platform for a couple of months. Had some issues so decided to withdraw my funds. It's been more than 7+ days and multiple attempts contacting Degiro's Customer Support and I haven't received the funds on my bank account. Can't recommend.

Delayed packages and bad customer support, can't recommend it.

Ordered over a month ago, still haven't received my order. Friend of mine that lives 15 minutes away ordered and got his in 2 days.

Raised a ticket to customer support, only reply I got was "we're going to take a look at it". Haven't heard from them since.

I've bought several times from Myprotein over the last few months but this experience has me considering switching to one of their competitors.

Update:

MyProtein's Customer Support contacted me after I posted this review trying to resolve the matter. They offered me a refund or a replacement. I asked for a refund and like a slap in the face 2 days later a different representative says the order is delayed and will be with me shortly. I was already aware it was delayed, it's the main reason why I wrote this review.
The package arrived today, after an entire month of waiting, in a poor state and I had to pay outrageous customs fees for what is supposed to be a European package.

Needless to say, this entire experience simply means I won't be buying from them again.

Deceitful and downright disrespectful

Very poor experience. I purchased what I thought was a full boost only to be asked to pay extra after my payment went through. No indication of more fees was mentioned during my purchase nor was it outlined during the process. Up until here, I'd be happy to leave it as a missunderstanding and asked for a refund. The customer support representative explained the situation three times before realizing I understood it fully and was not interested in their services anymore. Overgear then proceeded to open an arbitrage ticket against me with the following text under the field "Other Reason": "Клиент идиот" which means "***** customer". Never in my life did I think I'd see the day a company would treat their customers so low as to call them *****, at least not to their faces. After this, they transferred me to another CS representative who completed the refund (I'm still waiting on the funds to be returned to my account).
