We were experiencing a few problems with our new machine. I called their customer services phone line and spoke to Lesley. He was fabulous and extremely helpful! After doing a few troubleshooting tests on the machine over the phone with me, he came to the conclusion the machine was faulty. He then organised a collection for the faulty machine as well as a new order for a new machine. 5 star service thank you so much!
