Poor customer service policies

I was given a Neom Wellness Pod for my birthday in October and liked it so much I ordered 3 to give to family as Christmas presents. There were 2 problems, firstly my parcel only contained 2 pods and secondly one of the pods didn’t work due to a faulty power cable. Customer Services responded promptly to my emails, were polite & courteous, and the items were replaced, but the forensic way I was questioned and asked to send several photos and videos left me with the distinct impression that I was not being believed or trusted. I don’t think I will be ordering from them again

Avoid at all costs

I ordered and paid for 4 face masks from Tecosi 12 weeks ago and have so far received 3, each sent individually at approximately 4 week intervals. Customer services responded promptly to my first 2 emails and did refunded 30% of my money as a goodwill gesture, but did nothing about completing my order. 3 further emails have been ignored. The masks are flimsy, single thickness, not fit for purpose and even with the refund are expensive. I would avoid!
