Very happy with their Mobile and Broadband offering
I see a lot of bad reviews on here for Vodafone. However, I've been a mobile customer since 2008 and have had no issues with them ever, and I've just moved my broadband to them and it transitioned without any issues. The support team were helpful and I'm now getting double the speed I was before for half the price. Thank you Vodafone from a very happy customer.
The worst company I've ever dealt with
I've just been trying to reduce my TV package because I don't watch most of the channels. If you try and do it through your account online, they purposefully take you to a broken page. If you try to contact them through social media, they brush you off. I then contacted them by telephone. After 20 minutes, my call was answered by a woman who knew full well she couldn't help me, but still wasted my time for 7 minutes before passing me off to another colleague. I've now been on the phone for an hour waiting to be connected to someone, to no avail. They honestly make it impossible for you to reduce your contract. I will be complaining to the Office of Fair Trading, The Ethics Commission and whichever Ombudsman deals with this. They are a criminal organisation that holds you hostage. It's absolutely unacceptable how they are allowed to function in this way in this day and age.
Very comfortable and look great
The masks are really comfortable and look great. I've got a few now to go with different outfits. The adjustable strap really helps. Would recommend if you're looking for a mask that fits and also looks good.
Worst delivery company out there
Worst delivery company out there. They let their drivers deliver 4-5 meals at a time, so the last deliveries are cold when they arrive. They allow cyclist delivery drivers to deliver to people more than 3 miles away. By the time the food arrives, it's cold. And then they take zero responsibility for meals being incorrect, cold, or late. They have no accountability for their poor service and even poorer customer service, which is simply a robot that sends you the same message over and over. Do not use them if you want your food delivered properly
I only use Deliveroo for my delivery services now
I see a lot of bad reviews for Deliveroo, and most people tend to only review when things have gone wrong, but I wanted to say that I think they're fab. Delivery is delivery, but it's how they deal with anything that goes wrong which impresses me. Their customer service through all channels is always at hand to help, and they have always resolved any issues I've had swiftly. I solely use them for delivery services, as other providers are, in all truth, awful. Thank you Deliveroo for knowing what customer service should be like and practicing it.
They don't reward loyal customers
They don't reward loyal customers. They charge them more. I've been a Sky customer for over 13 years, and they just keep hiking my prices up. It got to the point where I have now removed they're broadband and premium packages, and will soon be removing them altogether from my home. They don't care about customers, they are told to just get the money in and nothing else matters. Very disappointed with them.
Good concept, poor execution
The concept is fantastic, and the convenience really helps, especially during this time when you don’t want to go out unnecessarily. However, I’ve had an issue with every order so far, either out of date produce, missing items or ruined items. The customer service is excellent and quick to respond, but it’s just annoying that I have to contact them so frequently. However, would recommend for convenience

Really useful for multiple uses, easy and clean
Helped me hang some floating shelves and had some left over to repair my earphones. Set in 24 hours. Shelves are held up properly (they are lightweight shelves) and support the weight of my Lego models, and the glue is supple enough to have moulded around the broken cable on my earphones and has fully sealed the breakage. No need to throw anything away! Thanks Sugru!
