Not in stock despite the website says it's in stock!
I made an order for a dishwasher on 27.11 - the dishwasher was in stock when I made the purchase.
I didn't receive any updates from the La Casa Del Electrodomestico on the status of my dishwasher until I created a ticket to ask about the status.
It turns out - they don't have the dishwasher in stock! They told me that the delivery will be 5-15 business days - it's been 8 business days already and they are still not providing me an update on where the dishwasher is and are not responding fast to the tickets created.
I immediately ask for a proper update on the order status - we are a family of 5!! And washing dishes in the sink everyday is seriously annoying me when the company got paid instantly.
What a customer service, appalling, the customer needs to chase the company - you guys have a great culture indeed.
