Basically was the company working good, proposing a good service and good customers service, subtly they stop.
November) the ROI go down from monthly average 14% to 4%. They say they have an issue with an exchange.
November) they say the both have issues and they are working on it and we still not have any new both and returns go down and down...
December) they say they have KYC issues and ask for documentation. Myself and many persons I know send it out correctly and we still do not get our money.
End of February, we are many that still not have our refund back and mind.capital still have excuses that it is because of the KYC process.

Average but poor because I lost money for the second time after a lot of work.
The application is well-designed and the function ideas are excellent. Unfortunately the tool still have a lot of bug and need urgently amelioration. The customer support is poor and the chatter are kind but only answer and do not propose live solutions. By opening a ticket they only put your chat in a ticket and do not explain in a internal communication what happen with the customer. So when the chat was long, the dev support do not read everything and have no idea of what happen.
Saturday morning....
1) I'm 3 month customer there and this already happen twice: you wake up, check your both and see over 60 positions holding in "sale open order" and they do not go away for 3-4 days because dev support is not available on weekend and nobody of the chat can help -> your hopper got full with more positions and you can not work correctly and have no space. The support chat always inform you that someone from dev will contact you "soon" (please review the signification of soon) but after 4 days nobody contacted me and my both is still full of this open sales positions.
Saturday...
You try to clean your both by merging positions etc...
Sunday morning....
1) You wake up and check if the last issue is away and BANG new issue.... your both is full again and no positions was sold since about 6 hours. You find out that the API was disconnect from exchange (this happens twice a month) without reconnecting and without sending you a notification -> it's a both, and you don't watch all the time. This happens for me with scalp strategy and had many positions open that was unsold
Tuesday...
Crypto crash and I have many positions that have minus 30%. My issues are still there. My positions ticket is still unanswered. I have contacted the chat support 20 times and always the same answer, they will answer "soon"
Fact is: this company offer a great product but with many bugs. Cryptohopper offer a service with money and 24/7 running service that should have a 24/7 strong support with fast solutions. In many chat communications over last weekend I find out that the DEV team that could solve my issue are in weekend from Friday evening to Monday morning that I can imagine put a big queue of unanswered ticket for Monday morning. They had up to that Monday a server issue, and they work on them first. I know a lot of other users that have similar issues.
I'm actually searching for an alternative and will actually not advice any user to use the tool until they solve this important issues.
