Disgrace

ORDER 1522323
02.12.2020 - I ordered a bathroom unit. It turned out the warehouse has 3 weeks to check if they have the unit at all.
23.12.2020 - the unit was finally delivered. Completely damaged
21.01.2021 - Finally the unit was delivered. But the delivery man refused to pick up the old one. So now I have a huge bathroom unit in the middle of my corridor.

02.12.2020 -  I ordered a bathtub 
10.12.2020 - bathtub was delivered - damaged. I notified them right away when the delivery man was still in my house. He refused to take it with him claiming he will take it once the new bathtub is delivered.
21.12.2020 - the new bathtub was delivered. The delivery man refused to take the damaged one with him.
18.01.2021 - the damaged unit is still in the middle of my corridor. Habitium claims they're trying to find someone to pick it up

Issues with delivery

I ordered a bathtub on the 2nd of December. It was delivered damaged that I spotted while the delivery guy was still there. He refused to pick it up claiming he will do that once he delivers the new one. Finally, on the 21st of December, the new bath was delivered, but the delivery man refused to pick up the old one. I have had a damaged bathtub in the middle of my corridor for several weeks. I can't keep it outside since it might get damaged and then it won't be accepted. PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR AND FINALLY READ THE ORDER NUMBER! Order ##152231

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered several items on the 3rd of December. The bathtub was delivered one week later and it was damaged. Today 2,5 weeks later the replacement was delivered, but the delivery guy didn't take the damaged one. So I have now 2 bathtubs in my corridor. I also ordered a bathroom unit that still after 2,5 weeks hasn't been delivered. Maybe the prices are lower, but delivery is an absolute nightmare!!!
