High Risk - Company Payouts in Chaos -
The company Team Appears to really want to deliver but unfortunately, THEY ARE NOT currently delivering and changed committed withdrawal dates. So instead of being able to Withdraw at end of lock out period, they pushed this into the future not days but WEEKS! Just in time for their KYC enforcement on withdrawals. Then after that, added additional requirements for more KYC on funds which should have been paid months prior to these new requirements. Changing Commitments is not a Best Business Practice, and Shutting Down Customer Service on status of refunds/withdrawals is BAD BUSINESS. CANNOT recommend Mind Capital due to HIGH RISK. They Keep moving the "Goal" Post on unlocked funds withdrawals and Not giving Customer options to communicate. Daily Rewards Are Still Being Paid only appears to be unlocked committed funds where you want to pull initial capital off of platform impacted. Curious why small daily rewards are allowed and bigger unlocked funds have to go through KYC process....Not Good Sign here folks!!
Not Trust Worthy - Changed Stated commitments without Notice or Option to exit
Started off in about a month just fine until end of December. Got a Message out of the blue that Bitles staff taking a winter vacation and Stopped All rewards/withdrawals on platform until 2nd week of January. Well its the 1/17/21 and NO WITHDRAWALS, no help desk responses, and no e-mail responses. DEFINITELY NOT Above Board with its Customers/Users and Not a viable company if keep changing its stated commitments. Current Recommendation is STAY AWAY (if you want use of your funds as very questionable if I'll see mine again)!!!!
