Glad I Made the Purchase

I wasn’t sure about getting the insurance on a purchased product. It usually sounds like one of those deals that the sales guy tries to get you to buy that you never need, or there’s a catch when you need to file a claim. I purchased the insurance anyway trusting the warranty information. Sure enough, the office chair I bought had some damage from everyday use. I filed the claim online. The first time, I didn’t hear anything (probably due to CoVid). I followed up with another submission and received prompt responses to my claim via email. After a quick phone call with a rep, they had my claim processed and I had a check a few days later. Service was good. It saved me from spending more money out of pocket on a chair that I need for work that should have lasted longer.
