Big time runaround. Get confirmation that claim is approved. They tell you to resubmit your documentation several times because it 'doesn't contain' this or that, but infact they do. Ask you to get different verification and resubmit that, all in hopes that you'll give up and not get your reimbursement for device repair that was guaranteed to you. Ridiculous and I will be going to the BBB if it is not resolved. I'd have been better off buying a new phone.
