I purchased a box of the chicken fillet recipes in gravy for my two cats. They both refuse to eat it. I don't blame them as it looks disgusting, very runny and smells horrible. Very disappointed with this product and will not be purchasing again.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for any disappointment caused with our gravy recipes.
Our gravy recipes will seem a little runnier than you would typically find with other gravy recipes - it has more of a soup consistency.
The reason for this is because all of our recipes contain all-natural ingredients (apart from the vitamins and minerals) sometimes you will find that there can be a variance between the texture. The only other alternative would be to add thickeners which we'd prefer not to do. Our gravy recipes do have the same meat content as our jelly recipes, it's just that the gel holds it together, which makes it seem different.
