I was a Virgin Media broadband-only customer for over 10 years, and overall my experience was disappointing. For most of that time I paid for their 1Gbps package. In practice, download speeds rarely reached the advertised maximum, upload speeds were very poor compared with the download speeds, and performance often deteriorated during peak hours. One of my biggest frustrations was that the service was not a true full-fibre connection. Virgin Media heavily markets its fibre network, but in my area the connection was delivered via a hybrid fibre-coaxial (HFC) network rather than fibre all the way to the property. The service was also highly asymmetrical, with upload speeds being only a fraction of the download speeds. The biggest issues, however, were the constant price increases and poor customer service. By the end I was paying £54 per month, significantly more than new customers, and I found myself having to negotiate aggressively at every contract renewal just to secure a reasonable price. On one occasion, when I tried to leave, the retention agent was so rude and unprofessional that I ended the call out of frustration. Recently I switched to Community Fibre using the One Touch Switch process, and it has been a far better experience. I now have a genuine full-fibre FTTP connection with symmetrical speeds, meaning my upload and download speeds are identical, for less than half the price I was paying Virgin Media. Even during my departure, Virgin Media's automated systems attempted to charge me an Early Disconnection Fee despite a webchat agent explicitly confirming that no such fee would apply. I had to raise a formal complaint to have this corrected. The issue was eventually resolved, my final bill has been settled, my equipment has been returned and acknowledged, and the agreed refund is now being processed. After more than a decade as a customer, I cannot recommend Virgin Media. While the broadband was generally usable, the technology, service, pricing, and overall customer experience never justified the cost.

The estimated completion times and point values are clearly displayed before starting a survey, which helps me decide how to spend my time efficiently. The platform also offers bonus opportunities, streaks, and loyalty rewards that make participation even more worthwhile. Overall, Branded Surveys is a legitimate, trustworthy, and rewarding platform for anyone looking to earn extra money in their spare time. While no survey site is perfect, Branded Surveys consistently delivers a positive experience and has earned my full confidence. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in sharing their opinions and earning rewards for their time.

This Company Ort to be ashamed of themselve... And hang there heads in shame, I ordered a nice summer jacket but unfortunately it was too dam big so had to go back, at first it was easy get in touch here's your bar code scan the return bar code at the post office and off your pop young man , But that's when it gets silly and the story turned there end the sneaky snakes 🐍... I then gets a email saying it's been received but because it's one day past the 30 day return policy window and by the way i got the return label a week pre return deadline and sent same day so because the postman was stood around scratching ones ass on the hard shoulder of the motor way it seems to be my fault it landed on mainline desk LATE.!! So with that I get No refund but here take a gift card 🎁💳 on us BUT PS we will be deducting the return postage and packagein out your gift card because we CAN !! Ps thanks for shopping at mainline we value your custom.....🤨

I am giving this company one star due to poor communication and customer service. I ordered a necklace and waited over two months without receiving my item. After multiple attempts to get an update, including sending an email that went unanswered, I ultimately had to request a refund through Cash App. I was particularly disappointed because the company has many positive reviews, and I expected a much better experience. To date, I still have not received a response regarding my missing order, yet I continue to receive emails that appear to assume the product was delivered. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and support has made this a very frustrating experience. I hope the company improves its customer service and response times for future customers.

Possibly the worst website experience I have ever had. From login issues, where they sent me a new password that still didnt work, to then taking over 2 weeks to reply confirming that it stil didnt work. To trying to renew and it failing, to now renewing and it not giving me a licence. Thats if it allows me to login once ive deleted all caches and cookies. Never have I ever had such a problem with a website. Everyone I know who uses it agrees. I havent met one person who has had a seemless experience. Not fit for 2006 let alone 2026!

I can confirm this is a scam because I was scammed. The payment was 'confirmed' via email from an address unrelated to the apparent manufacturer and provider (Cosori), and did not specify the purchased product or include a ticket. The scammer sends tracking numbers linked to real shipments intended for different individuals. They will offer to resend the package and provide another incorrect tracking number, and to reimburse the customer—all to buy time and avoid appearing fraudulent.

Ordered two bottles to check them out, first bottle smelled like dead fish, contacted them about the poor quality and requested return authorization as I am afraid to open the second bottle. The acknowledged receiving my email and said that they would respond in 24 hours, Still waiting to hear but very disappointed with their quality control and customer service.

This was a last minute visit and our first time using Teladoc. In order to avoid waiting at urgent care, we tried this service. Super quick, convenient way to get care for my son with a bad cough, possible bronchitis. Prompt phone call meeting while we were on the road. Received good information and a quick prescription to help him out. 10/10!

After two months I still have not got my items...I'm sure by now I have been scammed..they keep telling me the same thing it could not be delivered because of address was wrong...but they have my right address...they to.d me what it is...Anyway I would not order from this place ...they scam you out of your money and you get nothing...

Be careful of this bunch. Even when you cancel membership they still take money from your bank account &don't respond to emails. If you cancel make sure you change you bank details so they can't continue to take unauthorised cash. Don't trust them when they say they have cancelled your membership because they haven't!!!

I ordered a 8 tube resistance band from pointe, had a message off delivery company 2 weeks later that product was damaged so they were sending it back to sender. Contacted pointe for a new one or a refund. Still waiting for a reply, that was another 2 weeks. Not holding out much hope on product or refund
