I DO NOT recommend Eden Mazda. I called Eden Mazda Exeter last Friday to discuss a car I was interested in and we agreed a price subject to seeing and driving the car. A second call followed and a deposit was paid. I visited the dealership on the following Tuesday to complete the purchase and as part of that process I noticed that a £169 administration fee had been added to the invoice which I queried as this was not included in either the car listing and had not be mentioned on either of the two calls. The sale assistant said that this was a mandatory addition that was applied by Eden to all car sales and could not be removed. I said that this was the first time I had been made aware of this and the reply was that I should have been made aware of it on the calls but in any event, it was clearly stated on the Eden website. I looked at a couple of their car listings, and the Eden website more generally, and could find no mention of an administration fee let alone the value. I asked the sales assistant to show me where it was on their website and eventually he admitted that he couldn’t find it either but that the additional charge would still stand. I pointed out that this was Misrepresentation and against Trading Standards and was not something I would expect to experience from a main dealer franchise. He agreed and apologised but said that the additional charge would not be removed and that I had to pay it. Subsequently I have looked on the Eden Mazda website and there is no mention of an administration fee. There is however a link on their website to ‘Terms’ (and conditions of sale) however this is only populated with nonsense ‘Lorem Ipsum’ text which is used by website developers to fill space. Overall an absolutely appalling experience. And finally, I note that they sing loudly about the ‘Eden Promise’ – maybe they should add ‘fleecing customers with spurious charges’.

I've been scammed by this company/app at Breeze. I have documentation that proves that I'm a customer, from credit card transactions to emails, to screenshots. I'm currently fighting them on the credit card side but these scammers somehow find a way to tell the credit company misleading information to avoid refunds, and to avoid accountability. I did the "trial" where I would be charged for the "donation" of $10. Then, a couple days later, I get charged $19.99. The next day, today, I get charged another $29.99. I've attempted to email "customer support" but the replies are templates of generic responses in order to avoid accountability. Please do not give these people your money; they're all bad. All of them. I'm going to do my best to expose these people within this company if they don't give me a refund. If I need to, I will do my own version of CoffeeZilla, that itself would bring me more joy, than getting a refund when I expose all of their identities on Youtube, even if they live in another country, I'll find them all. Plus, it's a win-win for me since I'll get paid for exposing these scammers. With today's technology, finding those behind this app is considerably too easy. Breeze can try and pull a Bricks and Minifigs towards me to shut me up, but in the end, they're going to go bankrupt after I'm done exposing them all, and their reputation will forever be tarnished until the end of their time, from customer service agents, to the CEO. No one at this company is innocent. We, the people, must do our best, and on our own accord and willpower, we can expose the people and individuals behind this company. Together, we can bring this company down to their knees.
