The item was well packed and delivered…
The item was well packed and delivered promptly. All was as described. The online shop was easy to get around. My only reservation was the price - £29 is a lot to pay for a single CD. However, the product wasn't on sale anywhere else so I guess that explains the high cost.

Awful shipping on the 007 first light…
Awful shipping on the 007 first light collectors edition. I ordered it on the 28th of february and have to wait days after already waiting 2 since customs needs to clear it. I dont have a clue why they didn't ship it earlier like other retailers did so that the customers can have everything at hand and ready by the games release date.
If your a james bond fan i would recommend the site but don't expect good shipping if you live anywhere outside of the UK.

Exchange rate applies and sent from UK altough that information is not provided
Price is stated in Euros, paid extra for a 4-7 days delivery in an EU country. But afterall the item was sold in GBP, so had to pay for an exchange rate. Furthermore, the item was sent from the UK so the 4-7 day EU delivery was impossible to meet. I made a complaint and they said that the information regarding the the price and shipping from UK was clear, which is false since the information was not near the price nor upon check-out, and it said nowhere that the items were shipped from UK.

WRONG model car shipped TWICE
I ordered the Thunderbird model car from the movie Die Another Day. Unfortunately, I was sent the Mustang from the movie Thunderball. Customer service stated they would not send me the correct car (the one I actually ordered) until I returned the wrong car. After the inconvenience of having to go to the UPS store and ship the wrong car back, they promptly sent me my order, or so I thought. I just received the replacement package and it is the wrong car, AGAIN. I am beyond frustrated. They did reimburse me for the shipping after I sent proof of the shipping receipt. I am awaiting a response from customer service regarding getting the model car I ordered. This is a gift and the correct car does matter. I just want the car I ordered and paid for.
Update as of 3.24.26: I still have not received my original order, and I have not received a credit for that purchase. I would just like to receive the car that I ordered and paid for in the first place. As of today, I have still paid for the order but have not received it. I did receive a credit for the shipping to send the first wrong car back. Do I need to file a claim with my credit card company since I have not received my original order that I have still paid for? The last correspondence received was 3.12.26, stating I would be receiving a full refund of the purchase price and would be receiving the car I ordered. Neither has happened. What do I need to do to get the car I ordered and paid for? I'm completely frustrated.
Update: 3.31.26 Hallelujah! I received the correct car! I will say this was a very long, frustrating process but in the end, this company delivered. They did communicate throughout, but actions took longer than I expected. I would have liked to have been able to actually talk to a person instead of always having to rely on communication via email. Bottom line, with patience, I got what I ordered. I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 3. I would recommend ordering from them if they have a product you want, just know it might not be a perfect transaction.
