The ice scraper keychain was not what we expected. On this particular ice scraper the imprint area was small, so our logo could only be enlarged so far and we felt like it was too small. I contacted Laura C. at 4AllPromos and she suggested their regular ice scraper (not key chain) and it was exactly what we envisioned. Laura issued an immediate refund on the key chain scrapers. We received the updated ice scrapers yesterday and very happy with the decision to make the switch.
