4wire in conjunction with barns & stables organised the building of a catico for me.
This was all done email ( my choice)

I was in contact with Paul first to discuss the plan , lay out , measurements and extras .
This was all sorted and agreed within a few days .
I received the quote promptly, I opted to pay just over half of the cost straight away but as long as you pay a percentage they are happy with that.

I was then put in touch with Chloe who was very friendly and took a real interest in the project she organised the time and date for the delivery and construction .

The two guys that actually did the building arrived spot on time and cracked on with the work straight away it took the approximately four hours to build it .

I am really happy with the whole project from start to finish and while this certainly wasn't the cheapest option I believe this structure will still be here in many years time unlike the cheap versions.

I highly recommend using them if you need caticos , kennels , coups , stables, sheds and any other projects along them lines.

Thanks so much for fitting our catio today! Never expected it all to happen so quickly as was prepared to wait a while but I am so pleased that the cats will get to spend some of the nice weather outside!

I didn’t speak to the guys who installed it very much as I ended up accidentally shut away with the cats 😂 but they’ve done a great job and my partner was really impressed with them.

I want to say a massive thankyou to your team to making this happen, especially as we are far from Wisbech. I am amazed and will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know who wants a catio in future.

Most of all, I want to thank Chloe for putting me at ease throughout the whole process and making something that was just a pipe dream for us become a reality. (god this sounds like some sort of acceptance speech!!). She has done an amazing job at keeping in touch and answering my many many questions via phone calls and emails. We got in touch with 4mypet for a catio, and they absolutely wowed us with their outstanding customer service. The entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process.
Chloe coordinated everything for us, making the whole experience simple, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. The production time was quick, and she was always available to answer our questions every step of the way. Nathan helped with a smooth delivery. The catio itself is excellent quality, with neat workmanship and a very sturdy build. Although we haven't assembled it yet, we're really impressed with what we've seen so far, and it looks well worth the price.

We've got a Climber's Courtyard catio. Ordering process easy n staff super helpful. The 2 guys who fitted the catio were lovely, efficient and checked where we wanted shelves etc. Our cats absolutely love it - can't fault anything and would highly recommend.

I am so impressed with these guys! Chloe in the sales office was lovely and very helpful whilst Shaun and Neil the fitters went above and beyond to ensure our Catio fitted a tricky space. They also spotted and solved challenges we hadn't even thought of. They were also a pleasure to have on site. My cat is absolutely gobsmacked at the beautiful space he now has and so are we! Had a catio put up for my cats and the men Shaun and Neil were absolutely lovely and the weather was not great here in Brighton winds and rain but they worked really hard to get this done so pleased with the catio and cats love it would highly recommend this company and will definitely use the company again thank you guys for everything Sara 😊😊

I contacted the company for a quote for a bespoke size catio, giving all the information they requested on the "Bespoke Made To Order Range" page in the Catios section on their website.

They replied with a single sentence: "Because your opting to fit this we need from you the exact panels sizes you require, we can price you for these them".

Nowhere on the website does it say that if we don't want them to install the catio we have to specify the individual panel sizes. Nor does it give any information (such as the sizes of the timber used and any maximum or minimum sizes) to allow us to do so.

For a bespoke catio or bespoke anything else without their installation service, go elsewhere as they don't want to know, despite information to the contrary on their website.

Staff was incredibly helpful from planning talk the way to delivering and installing. Perfect sized catio!

Best place to get catios from ,well made not like a lot of junk you see ,i have purchased 2 and may need another soon for a stray.
They made me some tunnels aswell so i could link the catios , these a very good quality too.

Thanks to 4mypet for my catio they were very helpful and friendly and delivery was good I was given plenty of notice so I could arrange to be home its
very well built and it comes with the panels all done anyone thinking of getting one then do it myself 2 cats absolutely love it playing on the shelves rope bridge and ladder they even have a sleep crate it's allowed them to have outdoor space to play but also keep safe

Easy to order, quick service and a quality product. Everyone on the team incl Chloe, Paul and the brilliant installers Jordan and Wayne were professional and helpful.

Excellent product. The delivery driver was really helpful with some tips about constructing the cateo. It is very well made and easy to construct. The cats love it!

From ordering to delivery the company were brilliant! The cats love the Catio- and it is extremely well constructed and was very straightforward to put together. Will definitely use again in the future.
I am glad I went for the black roof, as it has provided much needed shade this summer.
