The most disgusting online casino I've ever used. This industry needs more regulations. Don't take their bonus, don't think they are they trying to give you a freebie. They don't care about you at all... See more

My issue is with 777.com
My issue is with 777.com, 888 casinos sister site both owned by Evoke plc previously known as 888 holdings.
I have had an account for quite a few years but recently they done me dirty.
So basically they run a mega wish promotion where you have to place a deposit to spin a wheel which has a top prize of £10,000.
I landed on this section of the wheel twice, the first time was on the 24th April 2026 and the second being 1st May 2026.
I tried contacting them on the 24th of April but no matter how much I tried I couldn't get past their AI bot so eventually I gave up and couldn't exactly prove I landed on it other than trying to get in contact with them but because of this incident I made sure in future that I would screen record the promotion so I had proof should it ever happen again which it did on the 1st of May! Only difference is this time I got the screen recording showing me land on the £10,000 slot so literally video evidence.
This time I was able to get through and actually speak to a live agent rather than their AI bot and after alot of back and forth contact I went through the sites investigation process and had to contact them after 8 weeks (this is the timeframe they have before they have to end their investigation) to get their final response which I did get.
So like i said above there is alot of back and forth emails as well as live chats which I have screen shots of and the screen recording of me landing on it.
For their final response they basically made out it was a technical issue to put it in short terms and offered me a good will gesture of £100 which I refused!
Really disappointed at this as im sure anyone would be.
So anyway after I got my final response and refused the £100 I opened a dispute with eCOGRA who is an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) service that deals with this company, I originally tried to take the dispute out with IBAS who is another ADR service but upon trying I realized they no longer go through IBAS and instead use eCOGRA.
I received an email from eCOGRA saying my dispute form has been received and a member of the ADR team will contact me within 7 days to request any additional information or evidence to support my claim so im patiently waiting for that email to send over my evidence.
Really hopeful that eCOGRA will settle this dispute fairly and if that fails I will speak to my solicitor to see if I'm worth taking it to the small claims court.
God knows how many time's these company's get away with this kind of stuff, it isn't right they make hundreds of millions yearly yet this kind of thing happens more regularly than you might think.
One of the worst customer service…
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
I deposited £50 using Apple Pay and did not use the money to play. Shortly after accepting my deposit, my account was closed/restricted. I am not asking for winnings, bonuses, or compensation. I only asked for my own unused deposited money to be returned to the original Apple Pay/card payment method.
Instead of simply refunding my unused deposit, 888 made the process unnecessarily complicated. They asked for additional documents, mentioned manual withdrawal/wire transfer, and kept giving repeated explanations instead of resolving the simple issue: returning my own money.
The payment route is already clear because the money came from my Apple Pay/card. I do not understand why returning an unused deposit has become so difficult.
This has wasted my time, caused stress, and made me completely lose trust in this company. In my opinion, this is unfair and unreasonable treatment of a customer.
I have raised a formal complaint and received complaint reference #2952670 and manual withdrawal ticket #2952591, but I am still waiting for a proper resolution.
I would not recommend 888 to anyone based on my experience. Be very careful before depositing money.
Tiny wins, heavy rinse
Who else has noticed mostly tiny wins, heavy rinse and teaser after teaser? Its the same on every casino. Truth is casinos pay maybe 10% and 90% rinse.
do not play on this casino the last 4…
do not play on this casino the last 4 times i tried to contact an agent with questions they were very rude and ended the convo before i could even ask the questions i had this casino has gone downhill in the past few months if i were you i would not spend my hard earned money here there are lots of better places then this casino
Withdrawals
If I could give no stars, that would be more accurate! Withdrawing funds is an absolute nightmare!!
Awful site
Awful site. Hold onto your money for ages when you try to withdraw yet you can deposit instantly. Avoid at all costs.
Kt casino...
I just want to say that I was pretty…
I just want to say that I was pretty critical of 888 on their withdrawl policy but since clearing up any verification issues they have been top notch. I posted this before so I will again and hopefully it will help everyone. They asked me multiple times for the same documentation and that was frustrating. So send them again but also send to the verify ID section in the gaming site. That seemed to do it for me and I have made 3 separate withdrawals of 700, 500 and 400 and received it within minutes

888 casino has the lowest rtp I've ever seen no wonder its impossible to win on this site
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, still in a dispute and they won’t realise my funds. Spoke to support and they are rude and don’t listen how they are still trading and how people use them is beyond me way better sites would recommend people avoid them
Appalling
Appalling, scam, don't get caught in there trap. Spent almost 9k with them. At first everything is smooth then they start their extortion tactics. Bonus is totally a waste of time. Payout takes longer and longer. Customer service is practically none existent. Words can not discribe the incompetence of this company. Do your research and you will avoid this scam for sure. Out of 9k I got back around 5k.
I've been a customer at 888 for a long…
I've been a customer at 888 for a long time and historically had no issues with withdrawals, which is why my current situation is particularly frustrating. My recent withdrawal request has gone unprocessed, and I've been unable to reach a live agent for assistance. The lack of communication is concerning.
This experience has prompted me to re-evaluate my betting habits altogether. I've come to realize that chasing potential earnings through gambling is neither sustainable nor reliable. I'm now committed to reducing my betting habits and focusing on building income through Bitci Stack Asset platform which have proven to be steadier, more predictable means rather than relying on high risk, uncertain returns.
I hope 888 addresses these service issues for the sake of other long term users. For my part, I'm using this as a turning point to pursue healthier financial habits.
worst site ever doesnt give me…
worst site ever doesnt give me promotions. i sent them ID and still not recieved my withdrawal money total scammers. and when i ask them about it they just end the chat.
Not received my withdrawal
Deposited £25 to place a bet. Was unable to place so withdrew my money. Still have not received my own money back. If it's not returned to me soon, I'll be taking it up with the gambling commission.
Robs your money with out even better
Made me deposite some money to verify my account - I did this and when tried to with draw money stays at pending
Be wary of 888
Be wary of 888. Based on my experience, they are not a company I would recommend.
I joined 888 purely because of their new customer offer. The promotion advertised £40 in free bets and a £10 casino bonus after placing and settling a qualifying £10 sports bet.
Before placing my bet, I contacted customer support to confirm everything was correct. Getting a straight answer was extremely difficult. Most responses felt automated and when I tried to ask further questions, the chat was ended. I was eventually told that once my bet settled, I would receive the bonuses.
Relying on that information, I deposited £10 and placed the qualifying bet. After the bet settled, I was then informed that my account had been suspended and that I would not receive any of the bonuses that were the sole reason I joined.
I was later told this was due to a “one account per household” rule. I live alone and dispute that this applies to me. Despite asking repeatedly, I have not been provided with a satisfactory explanation or evidence to support that decision.
To make matters worse, when I submitted a complaint, the acknowledgement email was addressed to “Kelly” even though that is not my name. That left me wondering whether they were even looking at the correct account.
My experience has been that 888 were happy to take my deposit and accept my qualifying bet, but when it came to honouring the promotion that persuaded me to sign up, the account was suspended and the bonuses were refused.
Customer service has been poor, communication has been frustrating, and the whole experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed.
If you decide to join, keep screenshots of promotions and save every chat conversation. Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution.

ive been owed my money for 5 daus and i got into contact with customer service and they was incredibly rude
Been waiting weeks for my cashout
Been waiting weeks for my cashout, but my cashout is not even processed yet. All they say is "That is is really busy at the payment department". My account is verified and active for many, many years, so it should be real quick and easy to process a cash out.
Few days I contacted their supportteam and gave them 72 hours to either process or provide a reason why it is taking so long. Deadline expires today. If I dont hear anything: I am filing an official complaint at the gaming authority in my country and I urge you all to do the same. They cannot get away with this.
Registered for nearly 10 years
Registered for nearly 10 years, this year I have seen only frustration with the website and promos, customer service: there's basically just enough of it to puss you off and never enough to actually do their job - did not used to be like this, I would trust the reviews and stay away. Every aspect of this website has degraded to a farse, from time-frames to reliability l, and yes wins are just like a their support, just enough to piss you off and give the impression that it's legit but you are just unlucky. Avoid, in general I expect to see very soon from all websites in the uk some very disgusting behavior because, the next level in the gambling corporations list of tasks is this " if we're all scamming, than nobody is scamming " I'll leave you with that.
