Good professional service provided throughout

Good professional service provided by the three engineers who attended to my job. The job was done on time and exactly according to plan. This is the second installation BG has done for me, the first one ten years ago and both went exceptionally well. Can't recommend BG enough

I have rarely had a problem with…

I have rarely had a problem with British Gas. I find their engineers; polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, punctual and tidy. They keep in contact with arrival times or delays, beyond their control.
I find the company easy to deal with and have been a customer for many years.

I only wanted to change the email…

I only wanted to change the email address had to use the chatbot took about at least half an hour for a simple change
I was told by the assistant that I could change on my account there are links to change phone number, moving home ect but no link to change email. Please design a more user-friendly website.
