I would like to thank Donna who did my assessment because before it had started I was stressed but once we’d got chatting it wasn’t at all how I’d played it out in my head. She made me feel at ease. T... See more

Quick, easy and make you feel very supported. I’m only 17 and my old school always brushed my behaviour off as me being misbehaved or distracted so once i left i decided to get my diagnosis my own way and im so happy i chose ADHD360! Howard was a fantastic clinician and started off the call asking who my kitten was which made me know i was welcomed. he was very kind and friendly and we got chatting inbetween the assessment questions as he understood took the time to listen and really try to understand me! im looking forward to our next chat! thank you ADHD360!
Didn’t want to take the call but the women was sound
The assessment process worked well for me, I was a little apprehensive before it started, but my assessor made me feel comfortable throughout my assessment.
I would recommend this service to anyone who need the help.
Brilliant consultation and assesment my assigned doctor was very patient with me very helpful and very understanding and very happy
I found ADHD 360 very supportive while going through mental health crisis. I received support calls I was waiting for my assessment my wait time in total for starting the online process through the physical assessment was not as long as I thought all the way through the process they’ve been really supportive and the assessor was kind and considerate to my needs.
I was surprised that we got an assessment in under the year guide they gave us which was great. The form filling is long but so worth it because it made the actual assessment seem pretty easy.
My son was anxious about having to sit for the assessment but they were totally understanding and allowed him to move and fidget as needed.
It over all was a great experience.
Made me feel at ease lovely lady who took her time with me
My assessor, Faye, was lovely, understanding and easy going . I feel that she made my experience a great one. I was nervous at first but she made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!
Very prompt and highly personable clinician. The whole process was very fuss free.
From first getting referred through to being diagnosed, I can't fault adhd360. The preliminary paperwork was in depth enough to reassure me that my assessment would be thorough but the website meant I could complete each section at a pace that suited me. The assessment came around much faster than I'd anticipated, happening in 6 months. My assessment was with Amy who said it would be 60 to 90 minutes but, in typical ADHD style, it looks two and a half hours. At no point was I rushed but I was properly listened to and Amy was truly empathetic. I didn't need to wait for my diagnosis or to begin meds. Amy talked through my options open and honestly, so was able to make a fully informed decision and was aware of what side effects to potentially look out for. ADHD360 and Amy have changed my life and I would recommend anyone to be assessed by them.
My daughter felt fully heard and listened too. They were kind, easy to work with and understanding, thank you!
Such an easy referral process, help along the way to supply information was great. Very friendly support staff. Assessment process quick, thorough, felt easy and fantastic reports. Generally just fantastic service and support.
The whole process has been incredibly smooth and professional - from the referral to prescription only 2 months. A life changing service (I don't exaggerate!)
I dont know where to start with this company for my 11yr old son and his ADHD assessment and what has followed!
1. The medication side - you pay for 4 weeks at a time. Great if there are no issues, but for us costly. Doses didnt suit, the crashes, the constant changes and the cost of 4 weeks when most were pointless. Could have done with 2 weeks worth.
2. Appointments - we had 2 appointments that the psychiatrist could not attend and one we were never informed about. The second we were informed was cancelled and when I explained we were thinking of just having the melatonin, we had a form to fill out and no further online appointment with the psychiatrist. It sremed as if they had took our money and did not care.
3. Shared care - this has still not been completed and I have had to chase this up. Bear in mind £450 annually for melatonin.
4. The report. Very generic and short 3 to 7 word sentences. It mentions lectures - my son is 11! I have seen 2 reports from my friends from 2 differemt providers and these were very thorough and personalised to their child, ours is not and very impersonal to him.
5. The annual cost. They claim they are one of the cheapest. This is not true. I know of 3 people, 2 children and 1 adult that went down the private route. They have no annual fees to pay for shared care.
Please avoid this company as we have had so many bad experiences continuosly with them.
