A fantastic deep tissue massage from Sarah. I felt like I was floating on air afterwards, and feel so much more relaxed and with better movement. I've booked my next one already.

It was a joy to find Adjust Massage in West Bridgeford, the crowning glory was Jesse-John, he arrived with a smile and obvious boundless energy. I was welcomed into a Clean Studio are made to feel very welcome. The consultation and subsequent treatment was super focused on my neck condition and although initially I had some aches and pains as a result of the treatment, this stiffness is now turning to a much more movable neck and shoulders. In addition to his upmost professional approach, he was a lovely interesting man.

Krissy is amazing! Fantastic hot stone massage. Krissy is extremely knowledgeable, professional and targeted all my tight knots and back pain with great skill. I left feeling like a different person. Thank you Krissy! Highly recommend to anyone.

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Christine for the first time. She made me feel at ease and asked lots of questions about my health and my problems. I felt confident that she knew what she was doing. I will be returning for more massages as I will need several to feel the benefit.

I don't invest in massage therapy as regularly as I should and tend to be quite reactive when symptoms flare up rather than taking a proactive maintenance approach. However, every time I visit Vladimir, I'm reminded just how beneficial his treatments are.

He has a fantastic understanding of my medical condition, spondylolisthesis, as well as my intermittent migraines and tension headaches. He always takes the time to assess how I'm feeling and applies the most appropriate treatment for my needs on the day.

I attended today with significant tension and a dull headache, and I knew before the session had even finished that I would leave feeling better. Sure enough, the headache had completely gone by the time I left.

Vladimir is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled at what he does. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my treatment. Highly recommended!

Go see Vlad he works wonders. I work at a desk and try and stay active but get tight shoulders/back/hips and pins and needles in various places. I have diabetes too and can feel inflamed which contributes to the tightness. This affects my training and general days out with my daughter etc. In the past i've had to have a few sessions massage and repeated stretching/yoga to "iron" it all out. After every session with Vlad though and I feel completely loose, pain free and normal.

He clearly understands human anatomy and how everything is connected and takes the time during a session to find where is tight, even areas you didn't expect.He has a very sensitive approach and he has a fantastic way of backing off and building up the pressure when working in an area that really works without unnecessary pain. My last session was after a rough travelling day and everything felt seized up. He worked my hips, back, shoulder and chest. I walked out feeling refreshed, energised and my body felt better than good.

Can't recommend him enough.

Visited Matt for the first time a few days ago and really impressed with the treatment I recieved.

I recieved massage and Acupuncture which already has improved my symptoms and the frequency at which they occure.

I can’t recommend Vlad at Adjust Massage enough.

When I first came in, I was dealing with severe nerve pain in my right arm due to a cervical spine issue. Movement and stretching were extremely limited and painful, and I was struggling to sleep at night. Even simple daily tasks felt difficult.

From day one, Vlad was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood what was going on. After my MRI confirmed the problem, he tailored the treatment and guided me through the right approach step by step.

The sessions weren’t always easy — there were moments of discomfort (as they say, no pain no gain) — but they were absolutely worth it. Thanks to Vlad’s work and the exercises he recommended, I now feel about 95% better and continue to improve.
