Absolutely shocking customer service, bought an expensive recliner sofa lead does not fit to plug have to now go out and buy extra extensions to make it work. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere

This company on court papers put am incorrect day of me contacting them by 2 months. I contacted them 6 January 2025 delivery drivers leaving. They put contacted 4 March. Big difference. I'm sure that is illegal.

Never using these again USELESS
Never using these again. Croydon is very poor at dealing with complaints. First messed up my flooring a couple of years ago two which they admitted liability and didn’t charge me. Also paid for flooring to be taken away and they just dumped it. Then sold an insurance policy for damage for table and chairs I bought. They discounted the item and when trying to claim I can’t claim due to the discount. The branch is very disjointed. Management and Head Office don’t care about their customers The store manager the store Manager doesn’t have the guts to respond and just hides behind his desk. When questioned he tells another story. head office has no clue on actually doing his job correctly. refuses to carry out due diligence and get facts right. Even sent all evidence from conversations with store manager yet was ignored. The list of poor service from Croydon and head office is endless.

I would never ever recommend fabb sofas they are terrible company bought a sofa from them 1 year ago got intouch with them before the year was up as sofa and sofa bed went absolutely terrible literally the sofa bed cushions sunk into the sofa and main sofa went out of shape looked like I’d had it years. They sent new cushions which went exactly like the ones that came with it completely out of shape,the cushions they sent for main larger sofa went exactly the same way,had to fit the covers on ourselves which we now have a massive gap between them I told them not happy but was told there’s nothing more they can do so angry sofa looks awful avoid this company.
Do not recommend at all
Bought a very expensive mattress soft/medium tension but rock hard. I reported the issue twice within the first couple of months got palmed off. The mattress only got worse but now because I’ve had it a year they charge £72 for an inspection… never buying from here again and certainly wouldn’t recommend at all!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FABB FURNITURE / NICK SCALI. Their quality has plummeted. My parents bought their sofa 2-3 years ago and was perfect, and still is to this day. I went in store in December (after Nick Scali takeover), I said can I please have the same sofa as my parents. They said that was now discontinued and the MOSEY is the updated version. I thought oh perfect, it will be even better! well boy was I wrong...
Firstly, their delivery dates are utter rubbish. 7-9 weeks I was told... After 14 weeks and many emails / calls I had it delivered.
After the FIRST time sitting on them maybe 30-60 minutes, I got up, looked back and thought what on earth happened to them!!!! Looked like an elephant has been sitting on them for 10 years. I am a very normal weight, you could tell straight away the material is absolutely terrible quality, no idea what they are thinking..
I raised the complaint, 'technician' came out, supposed to be third party but was so obvious he has been given one agenda, and that's to say its customers fault, definitely not Fabb Furniture's terrible product. I mean how the hell could it be my fault, I have had the sofa few days!!!
Anyway they closed my complaint as there is no 'manufacturing defect' which is a load of rubbish. Nothing to do with manufacturing, the material is simply terrible quality.
I am now seeking legal help and following the official guidelines. There is no way I will be keeping £2500 of utter rubbish quality products.

Ordered a sofa in January,I was told 7/9weeks ,kept getting the run around.was in the wear house 2weeks before delivery company picked it up,then waited a further 10 for delivery.when it arrived this company is a joke,all they are interested in is getting your money .I finally got my sofa after 14wees .very disappointed.

I wouldn't spend a penny with this company ever again. Purchased a £1100 mattress which was found to be faulty. There only offer was to offer a store credit, but they no longer stock the mattresses! Completely useless offer and no goodwill from their customer service whatsoever!

Bought a 3 seater recliner sofa which sagged in the corner in less than one year. They will not repair it and say we have been sitting in it incorrectly! The frame springs have stretched and they don’t reckon this is a manufacturing fault. We have complained that the sofa is not fit for purpose but they still won’t repair it. Don’t buy from them they are useless and furniture comes from China. Leave well alone and don’t waste your money!
Really bad experience!
We had issues from the start , with mis information regarding delivery , we ordered a piece of furniture that was £899 plus Fabb charge £80 for delivery ..when this arrived it had a chip and a mark we called straight away to advise we were unhappy , spoke to a man who called this minor ! damage...! bearing in mind we waited 4 weeks and this cost nearly £1000 with delivery for a sideboard I was very upset , and advised this maybe minor to you but its not to us ...they offered us £70 we obviously refused , the representative was on a hurry to get off the phone ,saying we could have a replacement...but I asked how this would work and he went mid conversation...I have decided as these goods are damaged we need a full refund ...please contact me as no follow up from our call ..this would be appreciated ...
Update ..
We have been advised by Fabb we can only have a replacement as they do not offer refunds on damaged goods even within 30 days , if we do not accept and raise a complaint with the Ombudsman they will take the furniture whilst the dispute is in place ! So we have limited options ...plus advised the furniture is hand made to order ..however on the back it states made in China and it's imported into the UK via a third party ...?
Great sales very poor after service
Great sales, thought that everything was covered by warranty until we had an issue, they sent a engineer at a charge,none refundable, he came and said a new arm would be required, what he didn't say it was our fault so they came back and said it wasn't covered. I disputed with no joy. As I use to help my Father in law with his upholstery business I decided to investigate, the results were awful,
The ply was of poor quality and had splits where staples were used plus out of position causing this also. Screw heads were missing hence sheard off and a bolt was loose causing the arm to come away none of this was in the report

Please DO NOT purchase from this Company! They do not even deserve 1 star! Bought a leather sofa delivered in July 2024. Had so many problems. Footstool had to be replaced due to stitching coming away which was not sorted until February 24. Large 2 seater sofa looks like it’s 20 years old already! Leather match not even. Very poor craftsmanship. So disappointed.Wish I could show a photo!
Do not trust! Overpriced low quality items
Bought expensive Italian sofa bed from Fabb furniture. Sofa arrived with 2 separate faults, engineer sent out and after inspection said new sofa will be ordered. On the day of delivery of replacement sofa I got an email saying manufacturer went into administration and promise to reorder new leather sofa bed. For two years they had no leather sofa beds in store and then announced that my complaint was closed. Threatened them with court action and they sent new engineer who identified no faults with the sofa. Taking them to the small claims court, anyone who want to join in get in touch. Scammers need a reality check!
