Never order from al noor sports their all sizes are incorrect and their exchange policy is also really bad they don't care about their customers and I have messaged then from a week that I have to exchange my shirt but they are continuesally making excuses and are not sending my shirt never ever order.

DO NOT PURCHASE!! order two jabbah's. One of them was the incorrect size. I was advised to return it for a replacement which I did. The original jabbah I purchased was blush pink/nude. The colour I received was bright purple. I have rang them numerous times and left voicemails, I have emailed them but no-one has responded. Very poor service!!!

Ordered a thobe nearly 2 weeks ago, still hasn’t come, I’ve asked them many times and all they’re saying is to wait.
Do not order from them, might aswell just buy from somewhere else.

The thobes I ordered where not up to the standard I hoped and felt cheap,thin and were see through. The problem arosr when i tried returning them. I had only opened one of the thobes to feel the material and since it was not up to my standard, I didnt even try the second one, so I decided to return them. They were in its original condition and had not been worn (not even tk try on - just didnt like the material). I used their pre-printed label to make sure the address wasn't wrong and sent it off with the form they asked you to fill out and send in the parcel with the products. I used Royal Mail sign for parcel service, so I knew that they had recieved it and they had signed for it. They recieved the products in three days of me recieving them. And this was well in line with there 14 day return policy. I had given them 20+ days since them receiving my return to process it. Since I never received the money or any response I rang them and emailed them on multiple occasions and I have since not received any email trying to contact me and let me know if they accepted the refund. There was no reason to not get a full refund.

Very good quality thobes, arrived within 2 days and can’t really find anything to fault. Definitely recommend!

Good quality- perfect size

I have sent back the thobe because I didn’t like the material and I’m sure al Noor have received it by now. I emailed them to send me a email once they have received the thobe and I have had no reply and the money has not been refunded.
