I have just ended the 15th call trying to book an unwanted appointment.

Just had to complain about 2 window handles that had broken - Kerry and Jamie on chat dealt with it very quickly and are sending out replacements. Thank you

Put the wrong windows in

Anglian (NE) treated us appallingly! Gave us a quote (started at 31k ended up with 13.7k) which we agreed and paid a deposit. They sent out a surveyor who was less than understanding and said can’t do that more than can do. He stated he would need to come back to measure a dorma window using scaffolding and he would be in touch. Two months later I called the head office having had no luck locally to find my order had been cancelled without any contact with me! My complaint was passed back to the regional manager who ended up being the same guy who we’d agreed the quote with. He apologised and stated they couldn’t make the dorma window and he then lied telling me he’d spoke to me over the phone about it. I received no such call or any follow up official notification about the cancellation. I still don’t have any written information from Anglian regarding why that cancelled my order. I can only come to the conclusion they were desperate for the work and underpriced the job which they couldn’t fulfill. Would never use or recommend, disgraceful service.

Dan came to sort a few problems with my doors/ window. Couldn't fault him , polite efficient and clearly knowledgeable. Thank you .

I was meant to have someone come out to complete measurements and provide a qoute tonight. However, they never arrived and no communication from the company. AI chat bot just says to call and rebook the appointment. I don't think I will very unprofessional.

I had the roof trim done on my semi detached 3 bedroom house with bay window.
The work was done to an exceptional standard, I am so very pleased.
The lads that did the work were brilliant, and they totally cleaned up after themselves.
I highly recommend Anglian Home Improvements.

Have had a new conservatory a couple of years ago, and more recently replacement French doors and replacement window. Good quality products and workmanship, at reasonable cost. Happy to recommend Anglian.

Did what you said you would do when you said you would do it at the cost agreed. People on site were courteous and helpful. Quality of work completed was high.

We had a door fitted by Anglian less than a year ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. In that time, three separate call-outs have been needed to fix ongoing issues, including one where we were given a time slot and nobody showed up.

The latest problem is the worst yet: the door will not open from the outside. We are now having to use an unsecured lean-to as our only way in and out of the house, which is far from ideal with a two-year-old, particularly in this heat.

When we contacted Anglian, the earliest they could offer us was 7th July - two weeks away! That is not an acceptable response when a family is left without a secure, functioning entrance to their home.

We expected a quality product and reliable aftercare. We have had neither. Extremely disappointed.

Having used Anglian Home Improvements in the past and been very satisfied with both product and service they were our company of choice on our current project of future proofing our property for our impending retirement. Our initial installation of this current order was not up to the usual standard, a point made to our area manager, who i might add, acted promptly, with courtesy and began to restore our faith in our choice of using Anglian Home Improvements. He visited site, saw the issues and within hours had organised for a team to be with us and sort out our concerns. We waited with a certain amount of trepidation but within minutes of the arrival of Trevor and Craig our faith in the quality of customer service was restored and our choice of company validated. Trevor and Craig immediately shared our concerns and in an orderly fashion set about fixing the issues. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and they were keen to express they were here to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Customer satisfaction and upholding the reputation of the company their absolute goal.
Anglian Home Improvements you need to look after and revere employees of Trevor and Craigs undoubted experience, quality of workmanship and their outstanding attention to detail. They were with us for a day and we can give them no higher praise than to say they were a pleasure to have spent the day with, thank you Trevor and thank you Craig.

Quote for windows. Brilliant sales man, went through every option. However, ultimately the price wasn't feasible. Would definitely recommend though.

David was awesome, he is very helpful and knowledgeable. You cannot fault him.

CHRIS and CRAIG@Dunstable both are wonderful!! They’ve done a wonderful job, not only being so experienced, efficient, knowledgeable but also very friendly. Both have got very colourful personality full of jokes. Committed to a very difficult job but made it look so easy! It has been a privilege to meet them.

I had an issue with the finish on the frontdoor handle wearing. Dan from Basingstoke arrived on time and replaced quickly and efficiently . Thank you Dan
