My two children have attended a weekly class at ArtK over the past few years. They both really look forward to their sessions and enjoy the projects that they work on each week and are proud of what they produce and eager to share their progress with us at the end of the sessions.

Linda and her team are excellent at keeping the children focused and engaged and at guiding them to produce the best art work that they can.

My 8 year old can't wait for her Art-K days each week!

My daughter has been attending art-K since the age of 5 and she is now nearly 13. She's produced many beautiful pieces of artwork during this time, learns and develops new skills and has great fun with friends. She's now even considering taking Art for her GCSE. Thank you art-K.

It took me five months to have the confidence to sign up for a class. I would walk by and peer in but was so unsure that my artistic skills were good enough to join.
When I finally signed up, I was so pleased I had taken that step. I love the class. I have learnt a great deal about techniques and my confidence has grown so much. The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable and everyone has been so welcoming. The class is the highlight of my week and I would recommend joining to anyone. I suffer with severe PTSD and working on art projects in the Art K environment has provided the calm space that I so need.
What would I improve? I would love to have a longer length of class. An hour and a half goes by so fast. I also want to learn some art history if possible. I would also like to see some of the artwork from my ArtK put up in the window of the ArtK building so that the local community can see what both adults and children are producing in a cosy, inviting creative space on their High Street.

Linda and Hollie are amazing teachers. They've instilled a confidence in my children meaning they are not afraid to experiment with their art and aren't held back by fear of making mistakes.
The kids have been going there for a couple of years now and I foresee them going to the classes for years to come. The 3.45pm sessions are well timed to go to straight after school.
The parent participation sessions are fun too!

Our 7 year old son has been going to Art-K for around 3 terms now and he truly cannot wait to go every week. He loves arriving to a new unknown task and showing what he has learnt or created when we collect him.
It feels like a really positive happy place for him to learn and be challenged whilst surrounded by other artistic children.
The teachers are always happy to give feedback and encourage the kids with positive comments.

My daughter Gemma has been attending Art- K at Ashtead for more than a year. she loves drawing and handcraft and other method of making arts. The staff at the center is supportive and makes the atmosphere at the center fun and enjoyable and Gemma always looks forward to come to the centre. I would strongly recommend the centre to people who has a passion for art.

Our daughter loves attending Art K Ashtead and is excited to attend every single week. The support she receives from the team there is outstanding and the standard of the work she produces is fantastic as a result.

My children really enjoy their art classes here. The teachers are fantastic – patient, encouraging and genuinely passionate about art. They are given the opportunity to experience many different art techniques and styles, which makes the lessons both engaging and fun. My children always come home happy and excited to share what they’ve learned. We’re very pleased with the experience.

Our daughter has been attending Art K in Ashtead for almost 2 years and it is truly her happy place. She absolutely loves the classes and holiday camps which allow her to explore many different techniques and mediums. Hollie creates such a warm and calm environment for the classes and we can't thank her enough for inspiring and encouraging our daughter and her passion for art.

We celebrated my daughter’s 8th party at art k in Ashtead. The leaders were fantastic Dana and Anna, creating a warm and inspiring environment for the budding artists. Everything was taken care of so professionally. The girls created beautiful artworks and left the party feeling inspired! Thank you art k. Highly recommend.

Art-K has really built my daughter’s confidence in experimenting with different mediums and subjects. The staff are very knowledgeable and understanding of her additional needs and tailor their support accordingly. It is a happy, friendly, welcoming session each week!

Dan & Emma worked so hard to ensure my daughter’s party was a success. The day was really well organised with great communication in the lead up and the children all had a brilliant time and were delighted with their tote bags. Very many thanks!

Art-K delivers brilliantly creative and inspiring art classes for both children and adults in a warm and imaginative environment. My children absolutely love attending these sessions! The annual and monthly art exhibitions offer fantastic opportunities to admire the remarkable progress and exceptional quality of the artwork. The atmosphere and the way the sessions are conducted are truly outstanding, fostering confidence, creativity, and practical skills in children. Occasionally, there are special joint sessions with parents, providing a wonderful chance to enjoy quality time together while engaging in fun artistic activities. Highly recommended to anyone seeking to explore or develop their artistic talents.

My daughter is 7yrs old and she started at ArtK Ashtead January 2025. I am pleasantly surprised how much she has improved in drawings in such a short span of time by March 2025. She has become much confident and she drew The little Tiger Rescue in a flag for World’s Book Day, I couldn’t believe that she did that herself. Teachers are very friendly and always welcome children with a smile. My daughter looks forward to go to ArtK and I’m so glad she enjoys it. Also, special thanks to Hollie, my daughter’s teacher. She’s an excellent teacher.

Art-K Ashtead has been pivotal in nurturing my daughter’s love for art. Linda and team encourage her to develop her skills and knowledge in a range of techniques and styles and the projects enable her to embed her learning creatively. Her class is the highlight of her week.
