If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Was absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. First of all there was no clear directions on the website. When we tried to call the number given no one answered. so we kept asking locals which lead us to the parking lot where we pick up the car (6 min walk in the RAGING HEAT WITH luggage) long story short we had to go ALL THE WAY back to the airport and check in which was also very hard to find.. when we got to check in the guy would ONLY accept and VISA CREDIT CARD which neither of us has. They will not accept a debit card or American Airlines credit card which left us with no car and 45 minutes late to scheduled arrival time to our destination. We then had to find another company to rent from that would take a US. Passport and an American Airlines credit card. We finally can across avius (which THANKFULLY WE DID). That process was way smoother. We tried to call the broker to get a refund (bc once again there WAS NOTHING about only taking a certain credit card and no directions whatsoever on where to find the check in) but they said they could only give us back “the insurance “ we paid which was 75 euros. Mind you we paid $300 for a 4 day rental. We are extremely unhappy as this whole situation caused us to miss another tour in our final destination leaving us down on money. Mind you we also left WELL in advance to ensure arrival on time however the whole check in process of trying to form a car took an hour. I wil NEVER rent a car from this company ever again

When we arrived there was a problem with the booking and the company wouldn't accept my Avant credit card for some reason which was beyond me but they then accepted my visa card, the lady behind the counter was very helpful and fixed everything, thank you 😊

I was looked after with a car even though I was 3 hours late. Staff were very supportive and understanding.

On my recent holiday to Naples our flight was delayed 8hours. As soon as I knew about the delay I called to office to let them know. I was told that the car I had ordered would still be available on my arrival. When I arrived I was told the car was not available and that I had to pay an extra £150 to get larger car which was no use to me. I have sent 2 email and had no reply. Won’t be using them again.

Great car because we First got a Renault but then we got a BYD, beautiful nice car!

Scammers . Charged £853 for car which wouldn’t start!! Given a hybrid car. 10 minutes outside Naples airport it decided to update. 25 minutes .. then tried to start car and it started another update . It would not start or move . Random lady at the petrol station took pity on us and took us to Naples airport I was my disabled elderly father . Explained to Autovia what had happened . no apology ! Annoyed we had left the car even though we would miss our flight if we had waited another 55 minutes for update. Charged £ 853 no explanation just taken from my credit card.. unbelievable!

Eazy acces with fast shuttle, fast out, fast in . Everything was perfect. Excellent car quality

I received the car quickly. It was clean and had 4000 km on board. The delivery was also quick. I am satisfied with both the company's services and the employees. I have only one observation: on Google maps the car pick-up location was fixed on the built building, not on the mobile one in the other corner of the parking lot.

I would never recommend them and will avoid booking with them again. They didn't have the car I booked and then tried to charge me an additional €300 for an alternative car. The staff were rude and it felt like a scam so I walked away and booked with Sicily by Car. Their customer service was great and offered me a much better rate.

We didn't know that a creditcard was necessary for deposit. Your employee Asia, helped us out. That's what makes the difference!

I don’t know how people put one star and bring the rating low. I would recommend to book your car there.
1. The people at the counter in the airport are super friendly.
2. The car was super clean.
3. We requested for a Volkswagen Polo, but we got an MG3 that was not bad and it was the same thing basically.
4. I booked it from booking and it was really easy to do everything.
5. We got a free shuttle to the parking from and to the airport.
6. People at the parking were super helpful and checked the car with us.
I would recommend it 100%

I booked and paid for a Volkswagen Tiguan through Discover Cars, but upon arrival I was given an Audi Q2, a significantly smaller vehicle. No compensation or alternative solution was offered.

The vehicle itself was already covered in an extensive list of pre-existing damages. The damage report ran over multiple years and included scratches, dents, damaged wheels, bumper damage, mirror damage and more. Given the sheer amount of existing damage, it was practically impossible to verify every single defect before departure.

After returning the vehicle, I was charged €132 for a minor scratch on a wheel. I immediately disputed the charge and repeatedly asked for objective evidence proving that the damage was not already present before my rental. Instead of providing dated photographs from before the rental period, Autovia simply referred to their paperwork and insisted the charge was due.

What is most disappointing is the complete lack of consideration for the fact that:

* a smaller vehicle than the one booked was supplied;
* the vehicle was already in heavily used and damaged condition;
* reasonable questions regarding evidence were repeatedly ignored.

The amount itself is not the issue. The principle is. Customers should not be expected to accept damage charges without clear proof, especially when renting vehicles that already have an extensive damage history.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Autovia.

Correctness, accuracy and good prices!

I recently reserved a Polo for a 10-day rental. However, upon pickup, I was only offered a Seat with a 4m90 length (compared to the Polo’s 4m) as an alternative, despite my reservation being made a month in advance. No other similar vehicle options were provided.
I was disappointed that no comparable vehicle was available, as this limited my choices and did not meet my original expectations. I believe it would be beneficial to review your policy to ensure customers are offered suitable alternatives when their reserved vehicle is unavailable, especially for bookings made well in advance.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Great staff, great car, easy process, no hassles!

I am extremely satisfied with Autovia car rental. The car was in great condition and I had absolutely no complaints—everything was simply perfect. It’s actually hard to write a detailed review when everything goes so smoothly and you can’t find a single fault! This was my second time using this company; the first time was in Rome and everything was great there as well (I even got the specific car I requested). Now, after my second experience in Naples, I can confirm they are excellent. Perfect service all around!

Have used Autovia on several occasions over the last 12 months. Efficient service with friendly staff and great value for money.
