Lack of respect regarding the vehicle return
I reserved a VW Golf, but when I went to pick up the vehicle, I was given a Seat Arona instead. The worst part, however, was the return process: I arrived at the drop-off location at Florence Airport at 9:00 PM, but when I went to the service counter to return the key, I waited over 40 minutes for someone to show up—and simply no one did. Consequently, I had to leave the key in the key drop-off box.

The long wait during the return process is an area we need to improve. After more than 40 minutes without assistance, using the key drop-off box was the available solution, but customers should receive clear instructions and proper support. Your feedback will help us review what happened at our Florence location.

Great place to rent a car.

I see many reviews of people complaining that they cant rent a car with a debit card. If you read the instructions carefully they tell you that you will need a credit card. Follow the instructions, come prepared, and everything will go smoothly.

Outstanding this is the second year I rented from AutoVia great 😊 service and personal working there they go out of there way to make it right for you I would recommend anyone visiting Venezia and a car rental to check them out first great VALUE. I will use them next year also.
