Banning Dental Group & Skin Clinique 

Banning Dental Group in Greenwich is by far the cleanest, most modern, spacious and luxurious dental clinic I have ever visited. The high ceilings, panoramic views of the Thames, spacious design and sparkling clean environment are all exceptional and of the highest standard. I popped in to ask a few questions and get some information regarding composite bonding and was assisted by Melissa and Ana who were welcoming, supportive and professional. The location right next to the Thames and O2 area is also fantastic. I look forward to returning to this dental clinic in the future to commence my treatment plan and highly recommend it to everyone.

I arrived early for my appointment and was told they were running significantly late. It then became apparent that my appointment had not been booked correctly. When I tried to explain what I had originally booked, the receptionist repeatedly spoke over me, continually repeating the same sentence in a rude and demeaning manner rather than listening to what I was saying.
As a first-time customer with Banning, this created a very poor impression. From start to finish, the entire experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
After going through this on my very first appointment, I am not prepared to trust them with providing any further treatment or service, particularly something as important as an implant procedure. If a company cannot manage the initial booking process correctly and treat customers with basic courtesy and respect, it does not inspire confidence in the care they provide.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Poor poor experience. I turned up 20 minutes early, and was told my appointment had been cancelled. She did then manage to rebook for the same day, but I was told they were running very late. While experience was an Absolute shambles. Asked for a refund of my deposit (we shall see if that arrives). If they cannot get the initial booking correct I'm certainly not prepared to Trust them with providing me an implant. Based on this I would not recommend this company.

Banning Dental Group is a great place for (in my case) everything dental, with friendly caring staff....by nature I am a bit Squamish where dental work is concern, but I was made to feel at ease from the very start..Thank you everybody

I am getting implants at banning dental group at Chiswick and I had my first treatment which is extraction of 4 teeth at front bottom and trust me for the first time in my life I couldn’t feel anything. And I had the implants on the same day. It was like a sensory experience for me and no after pains either. I cant wait for 3 months time to get the crowns.
Thanks to Dr Rami and team. A shout out to the TC Benafsha, Sonia, and the team who made me feel at home. Lastly, the coffee was always so lovely. Definitely reccomend.

I wrote a positive review in February 2026 after having registered with the practice and being seen by Dr Sal Aloush and dental nurse. The treatment programme went ahead as planed ; communication was timely and helpful throughout , receptionists were friendly , the general atmosphere calm and I felt confident with Dr Aloush's knowlege and practice. The programme has now been completed ,one issue arose which was managed professionally and timely. I'm pleased with the results and from my own experience would recommend the practice and Dr Aloush as dentist.

After extensive research into finding the best dental group for my Invisalign, I can happily say it was worth the time I put into it.
The team here are all amazing, I am 2/3 of the way through my Invisalign treatment and I am SO happy already!
It helps they are all super friendly and it’s a bonus their prices are very competitive. Even general dentistry, they offer the best services.
I can only speak on behalf of the Canning Town branch, in London, which is aesthetically pleasing and my amazing dentist Dr Dumitru who has been so friendly, professional and very knowledgable from the first consultation.

Dr Chriss took time to explain everything no pressure truly a very nice dentist.

Attention Attention
I had my full implant last year and paid nearly £17000 for two sets of bridges it’s coming up to 12 months and still wearing the temporary bridge in my mouth. They just can’t simply get it right my second and the very main one
They have accepted liability and offered me £1500 inconvenience money witch is absolutely ridiculous and outrageous
The company is such a mess they don’t care about patients at all and quality of their work
I am demanding my full refund and yet they are not responding at all
The general dental practice of uk has been informed regarding this matter yet they have not responded to them either
So people i am genuinely asking you to think twice before getting involved with this people
Because they will drop you half way and as the result of this the doctor has left this brunch and gone to other brunch

The staff are lovely from the reception, to the dental nurses to the doctors themselves. The reason for the three stars is the lack of a contingency plan, no matter the job you have your family come first of course! This is where the lack of a contingency plan comes into play, my appointment was rescheduled from 20th May to 17th June, 4 weeks later! He clearly has too many clients being squeezed in that two days off results in such a backlog! Dentistry isn’t just about physical health or cosmetic but also mental health which is being massively impacted, if I wasn’t so far gone with this treatment, honestly I would have moved to a different private practice.

I had high hopes when I first started my treatment at this clinic. Initially, everything seemed promising and professional. However, once the payment was secured, the true nature of the clinic's service began to show.

My primary dentist, who I trusted and felt comfortable with, left the clinic unexpectedly. This marked the beginning of a downward spiral in my experience. I was handed over to a series of incompetent professionals who clearly lacked the expertise required for my Invisalign treatment. My journey with Invisalign has been nothing short of a nightmare. The results have been disappointing, and the entire process was marred by poor treatment and communication.

The receptionist staff were particularly unhelpful and seemed uninterested in their work. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy only added to my frustration. Despite spending nearly £5000, I am left without the smile I was promised and deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I strongly advise others to avoid this clinic if possible. Save your money and seek a dental practice that values its patients and delivers on its promises.

Additionally after two year of breastfeeding, I was ready to collect a whitening kit which was included in the contract but I have been told that I can only collect this is I book a check up appointment. Basically I am obliged to spend money for a visit in order to collect something I am owned

Just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Stephanie and the transformation is incredible. My teeth are perfectly straight, and my bite feels much more aligned. My dentist was meticulous during the "refinement" stage, ensuring every tooth was exactly where it should be before finishing.

If you're looking for a professional, modern, and effective way to straighten your teeth, I highly recommend this practice for Invisalign. The confidence boost of a new smile is worth every penny!

At over 50, I’ve always avoided going to the dentist because of worry and anxiety, but after hearing so many great recommendations about Banning Dental and Dr Andrew, I finally decided to go — and they were absolutely right. This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Dr Andrew, his nurse, and the entire team were incredibly patient, reassuring, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. The nurse who carried out my scans was gentle and explained everything clearly, which immediately helped calm my nerves. Dr Andrew was professional, thorough, and made every step easy to understand, giving me real confidence in both my teeth and the treatment ahead.

The clinic is modern, organised, and welcoming, and for someone who has avoided dentists for years, I left feeling comfortable, informed, and genuinely relieved. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
