Ordered shower tray and vanity sink/toilet unit for our new bathroom, price and products were great. Only slightly niggle was the processing of the vat refund (disability thing). Took several weeks and plenty of emails/reminders but always got a polite and timely response so still very happy and would use again. Delivery was quick too.

I had an electric bathroom mirror delivered and took it into my house where it sat untouched in the box for 2 weeks whilst on holiday. When we returned the electrician came for install. The moment we lifted the mirror our together, we discovered it was completely smashed! Either by delivery company or left the warehouse in that state! You only get 48 hours to report damages...no one is opening a delicate bathroom mirror to inspect it! Paid £123 for nothing...NEVER using Bathroom Mountian again!

I had small technical issue and I called up.
Abdul Basit answered the call and was very helpful and courteous.
I ordered a pvc vanity sink and vanity toilet unit. I was trying to replace existing units and really struggled to find the correct dimentions.
I was pleased to find the right size and the PVC is going to be better than my old ones which were plastic coated mdf and getting knackered by the kids dripping water on them.

Was very impressed with Bathroom Mountain how our complaint was handled. We bought a bathroom cabinet 2 years ago and the light stopped working, we called to see if they could help as to what we could do. We spoke to Narish who went above and beyond to help us. Emails were answered within 30 minutes to an hour, and we are being sent a replacement. Great Service (what a nice change) a big thank you to Narish for your efficiency.

I had a faulty toilet delivered but Hayaam went above and beyond and straight away sorted out a replacement for two days later even though it was on a Sunday!! Everything else on my order was perfect and we ordered our whole bathroom from them. Excellent goods, delivery and especially Hayaam on customer service!!

Abdul basit was amazing! Very helpful very considerate and very empathetic just what you need for a customer advisor. He went above and beyond to ensure i was a happy customer! Great asset to your team!

So kind , helped us with our decision on our new vanity and gave us beautiful recommendations on which one to buy ! Bathroom suite installer 10 weeks ago already rooting and peeling open apparently because they are not water proof

And they will not offer an exchange as you should not get water on them (yes in a bathroom) the place where water is most present

Very poor service, ordered items in store at rayleigh, had to return, was made to drive all the way to basildon because rayleigh don't have a warehouse but they're happy to charge me 20% restock fee??? Who will pay me for the fuel I've wasted to return items at a different store of same company? Shambolic!!! Return policy is very very poor..not recommended

Vusting the Milton Keynes store was a great experience with Adam giving us very helpful and patient advice and support. And when one item was damaged Mussab in the call centre team was a great help getting it sorted. Thanks!
