I had an issue with a missing part from my order. The system said it was received as part of a multi-item order, but it was not on the van. Wadiya messaged us first thing Sunday AM and sorted out the issue—many thanks.

I’m really impressed with the quality and service from Bathroom Mountain. There’s a great range of products to choose from, the website is easy to navigate, and everything is clearly presented. My order arrived promptly and was well packaged, with the quality being even better than expected. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend Bathroom Mountain and will definitely use them again.

I have ordered twice now from Bathroom Mountain. The first time because their column radiators and the colour option I wanted could not be beaten on price anywhere. I was so impressed by their delivery process, getting text updates, email updates, able to add specific location info for the delivery men, a map to track the truck on the day. I ordered two of their bathroom vanity units after this great experience. Yet again, best value around and they were absolutely stunning in person. Look miles better quality than similar style ones I viewed in showrooms that were nearly double the price. Delivery drivers opened my porcelain sink boxes up when they arrived to make sure they were in perfect condition. Cannot recommend highly enough. Had friends ask where I got my radiators from already and went them directly to their website.

I ordered an LED cabinet mirror but it unfortunately arrived broke. I spoke to Abdul Basit at customer service and he was very helpful, patient and understanding to resolve this for me, thank you.

Glass shelves came wrapped in tape directly on the glass leaving marks that won’t come off. Customer service said they don’t sell the shelves on their own so wouldn’t give a replacement. On top of this they didn’t deliver to the right address and tried to say I wasn’t home when they tried to deliver it 3 streets away from where I live?

Minahil dealt with a query for me efficiently and effectively.
I ordered two items a day apart, but managed to combine postage for me so I didn't have to pay a second postage charge. Fabulous service and I will be recommending this company. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience. From the shopping to the purchase to the delivery … everything was so smooth and easy. Most importantly, I had to return an item and braced myself for it to maybe be difficult… it wasn’t! They were so helpful! Their customer service is superb! I can’t thank them enough for such a positive experience.

Online customer services were quick and got to the heart of the issue and updated me immediately.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Bathroom Mountain to think twice. My experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and the amount of time, stress and money I have lost because of their repeated failures is completely unacceptable.

I originally ordered a shower enclosure. When it was delivered by their delivery company, the driver broke the shower glass/door. I was not properly informed about the damage. I only discovered what had happened when my builders arrived at my property ready to install the shower.

Because the enclosure was damaged and incomplete, my builders could not carry out the installation. I still had to pay them for their wasted time.

I then had to spend more than 20 minutes on the phone trying to find out what had happened, only to eventually discover that the delivery driver had broken the glass. Nobody had taken responsibility or properly informed me.

Because I could not keep delaying my bathroom installation, I then purchased a completely different shower enclosure from Bathroom Mountain. I was specifically reassured that the full set would be delivered.

Unfortunately, when the second enclosure was delivered, once again only half of the order arrived.

Bathroom Mountain had confirmed that the complete order had been dispatched, yet I was again left with an incomplete shower enclosure and no clear answer as to where the rest of it was or when it would arrive.

Once again, my builders were there ready to work and once again they could not install the shower.

At this point I have incurred more than £1,000 in unnecessary labour and related costs, as well as countless hours of wasted time, stress and inconvenience. This has happened because I have repeatedly been given damaged or incomplete deliveries despite being reassured that everything was being sent.

What makes this even worse is the lack of ownership. I have contacted customer services, delivery teams and management, yet I have felt like I am constantly being passed around rather than anyone actually taking responsibility and resolving the problem.

I have now made it clear that I expect a senior manager or CEO-level representative to contact me directly. I am seeking compensation for the losses I have incurred and the wasted builders’ costs.

I have been patient and reasonable throughout this process, but enough is enough. If Bathroom Mountain does not provide a satisfactory resolution, I will consider pursuing the matter through the Small Claims Court to recover my losses.

This is not one isolated mistake. It is a repeated failure involving damaged goods, incomplete deliveries, poor communication and a complete lack of ownership.

If you are planning a bathroom renovation and your builders are relying on your products arriving correctly and on time, my experience would make me think very carefully before ordering from Bathroom Mountain.

Extremely disappointing service. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
