Went into a store had a look spoke to the team agreed everything I was after. However my little one was acting up, so left the store ordered online by myself. Good communication good delivery service.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong part so phoned and explained I ordered external corners instead of end cap trims so I thought right I will return them to the shop localish and hopefully do a one for ones swap as I still need end trims. But no they refused for me to take them to the showroom and have told me I need to send back to stoke on Trent at my expense using my my own courier once they have inspected items only then will they refund.
A company as big as this surely the return of items should be made more simple.
If you are buying anything from this company treble check your order because the return of items is a joke.
