Terrible customer service and ignoring consumer righs.

Review: Ordered a vanity unit (Order #11362790) that dropped in price by a massive £183.00 just 2 days after purchase. When I called, customer service gave me incorrect information about their return policy. When I followed up in writing to request a fair price adjustment (noting that I am legally within my cooling-off period and could technically return the item & their price match promise ) they completely ignored my emails.
Disappointing experience, hidden return barriers, and poor after-sales support.
Avoid if you expect decent customer care.

Bathroom Mountain contacted me to clarify that the lower-priced item on their site was actually a different model, which cleared up the price confusion.
However, this whole situation could have been avoided on the initial call had the representative simply checked my order details rather than shutting down the conversation by claiming items can only be returned if faulty. Giving flat-out incorrect advice advising items can only be returned if faulty is unacceptable. The correct information is you have 14-days statutory cooling-off rights for any online purchase under UK consumer law and subsequently ignoring my follow-up emails is unacceptable service.
