A pleasure to do business with, fast and professional service and delivery. They bent over backwards to correct an error that I made with my initial order and when a defect surfaced in one of the items later they were extremely helpful and sent out a new item to replace the defective one. Special thanks to Sheryl for great customer service, being so helpful and for sorting things out so quickly.

Excellent customer service from Minahil. My toilet developed a fault, and after answering a few simple questions, a replacement part was sent out the very next day. The whole process was quick, easy and hassle-free. Very impressed.

Muneeza was very helpful in arranging for some handles to be couriered when they had been missed off the original order.
Initially I was told to send a photo of the pack without them in (crazy!) But Muneeza sorted it out

We've had a very stressful time with having to organise a second building firm to help with our bathroom renovation when the first lot ripped everything out and then ran off with our money... Saba's sympathy in allowing us to return an item outside of the usual window is greatly appreciated!

Have held of leaving a review as wanted to see if the product lasted. 3 months after installing a vanity unit it has started to bubble and lift. This is what the sink sits on and is apparently not designed for water? Please make it make sense?
You will not get your money back. You will have to jump through rings for them to just say the sink can’t be installed next to the bath. It’s absolutely ridiculous and absurd that a sink unit can’t get wet. My bath is not near the sink and has a big cupboard in between but these people think we are literally throwing water from one side of the bathroom to the other. I’ve never heard such nonsense.
Although these products seem well priced and the reviews seem good I would not believe them. Read the small print as it’s just a 7 day warranty. God forbid you have a faulty product. They will offer you a discount off your next purchase though. Honestly avoid like the plague! They sell absolute tat!

Appalling service, i ordered a bathroom mirror and it looks terrible - there is a visible light strip all the way around the outside. But it's almost impossible to return it, they don't assist with the return at all - you have to find your own courier etc - in fact all they do is make returning it more difficult, by making you print a form, fill in online form, take photos etc. DON'T SHOP HERE

Harmain was brilliant - the time we ordered was out of stock but they kept us up to date and offered us options. Once back in stock they ensured the item was shipped out to us swiftly without me having to chase. Fab customer service! Thanks Harmain

they are terrible and not at all helpful. Before you buy check theor returns , I brought a toilet and it wasn't the right one. They told me they had to send me an email first which has been 3 weeks now and it hasn't arrived and i had to fond my own courier. They use the cheapest peole for delivery even if they have a bad attitude and don't even say hello but dump ths stuff by them front door and go. I will never buy from them again. The rest of the £4000 we spent in B&Q and Victorian plumbing.

Wasnt helpful when reliving the mirror without fixtures.

Ruki was extremely helpful with an item that had not been delivered .He located it and confirmed the new delivery date .The order was then delivered in accordance with that information.

This was my first time using bathroom mountain, I’ve previously used tile mountain for some of my projects so I felt at ease using this company for my current bathroom project. The selection of products is fantastic and for me getting a shower tray with the waste where I needed it was paramount and luckily bathroom mountain had just what I needed. Well priced and speedy delivery was a godsend. Unfortunately my tray had some damage to it when I came to fit it but a quick call to the customer service team sorted this out for me rapidly and without any trouble. I cannot fault this company or the customer service department. Outstanding and thoroughly helpful I will definitely be using bathroom mountain moving forward for my future bathroom jobs. Shout out to Caitlin from customer service for her quick assistance with my issue, helping me avoid delays on the job. Fab experience all round thankyou all!
