My experience with Bathroom Mountain has been awful. I ordered a sink cabinet along with a tap and waste. The sink, tap and waste arrived the next day but no cabinet. The sink rests on the cabinet (they are sold as one) so is useless without the cabinet. I called Bathroom Mountain and was told someone would call me back. Noone did. I left it one more day as the delivery man had said the cabinet would arrive the next day. I then called again. I was told the cabinet would arrive the next day (Friday). The cabinet arrived on Friday but it was broken. Bathroom mountain asked me to complete damage form which I did immediately. A couple of hours later they emailed asking for a photo of the whole cabinet (the form asked for a photo of the damage and would only allow one photo). I emailed additional photos. I then received an email telling me they would send a replacement and asking me when I would like this. I replied by return that I would like it the next day. I didn't hear back. I phoned again this morning and was told they would send it out today. I have the impression it wouldn't have been sent if I hadn't called. We have refurbished our bathroom and have a toilet and shower but no sink due to this debacle. I understand things happen but the customer service has been terrible. I recommend avoiding this company.

Very good customer service which I needed to call due to web page not working with payment. Junaid -ur-Redman was extremely helpful and professional and solved my issue quickly he also as a compliment to me being inconvenienced let me off the delivery charge.

Good products good price. I had issue with. Cistern which was out of stock and then arrive crack and also the bathroom cabinet was slightly defective. I spoke to Waliya Rizwan who was great and resolved my issues promptly which was great when working on a schedule with bathroom fitters. Would definitely recommend.

Great looking and good quality radiators. Delivery was also as booked and on time.

Ordered 2 radiators for delivery 5 days later. Selected the date and received confirmation. Took the day off work as it was an all day time slot. Got an email from courier company saying they weren’t delivering at appx 9.45am - called and they said Bathroom Mountain hadn’t given them my order. I called Bathroom Mountain who said the delivery company would be back in touch when they were given my order to arrange another delivery. Couldn’t tell me when I would receive them or why they hadn’t fulfilled my order in the first place. I told them to cancel the order as that was a poor service and I couldn’t sit around waiting for when they may/may not choose to fulfill my order. Over a week later, still waiting for a refund - guess I’m spending another hour on the phone later today trying to chase that ! I wouldnt recommend anyone use this company - they’re unreliable and unhelpful!

We've bought two bathroom suites recently from Bathroom Mointain, one for an ensuite and one for the main bathroom. On both occasions the customer services has been amazing. We went to the showroom and spoke to really friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. The products were delivered really quickly and the quality has always been excellent despite the very competitive prices. I would definitely recommend Bathroom Mountain if you ever need anything for the bathroom.

I placed my order online so this review is not about any sales staff . The review is to thank and praise the delivery team that brought my order which the number is 11320633 for your records . The delivery team jacob and his son were great , very helpful and friendly and polite . They didn't just drop the new shower and wall panels off at the door they brought them in to my property which is a rare lost practice these days . Great team and many thanks . Please make sure you pass this on to the boys .

Waliya was a huge help today. I had issues making the payment, but they went through the options, provided multiple quotes to help, and made what could have been an annoying and stressful experience somewhat tolerable.
