Awful experience ordered some items…

Awful experience ordered some items including a shower tray which was showing as in stock however when the other items arrived the tray did not, then you said it was coming next day, it did not arrive and then you told me it was out of stock. I had a very angry and upset customer due to this, this meant that I had to work all weekend and my wife was furious, if an item is not in stock DONT sell it, I send all of my clients to tile mountain and I spend quite a bit there, but this experience has really disappointed me

Abdul Basit resolved a faulty product I had quite promptly and sent out a a new replacement. Was great customer service. Was happy with the outcome

Tap not working correctly

Very patient and helpful Customer Service agent (Saba Fatima) checked all the information (photos, video, description) and arranged refund. The refund took a long time to arrive, but now completed satisfactorily.
