I saw a product I liked from Bathroom Mountain, but needed advice on its compatibility with another component. I emailed Bathroom Mountain and got the most helpful response shortly afterwards. Kerry, the customer service agent explained fully what I'd need. She didn't use jargon so made it so easy for me to understand exactly what I need as I was confused as it's a minefield. I am extremely grateful to Kerry for her invaluable advice which she offered without me buying from Bathroom Mountain, but I will as they've got a fantastic range of products, so I'm happy, thank you Kerry.

Very swift and clear instructions on how to return

We’ve just placed a large order for 7 bathroom suites for a property project and honestly can’t recommend Bathroom Mountain enough.

I’ve personally been dealing with Hayaam in Customer Services throughout the whole process, from the initial quote right through to helping us with a delivery issue. When I emailed about the problem, he had it cleared up and sorted for me within an hour, which was hugely appreciated.

Really great, fast and friendly customer service throughout, and Hayaam has been incredibly helpful. We’ll definitely be using Bathroom Mountain again for our next project!

In a 20 Days without moving , product defective , without used ,

I deeply regret choosing this company for my bathroom renovation. My experience has been extremely disappointing from the beginning.

Within a very short period, multiple manufacturing defects became obvious. The toilet seat is poorly designed and hits your body because of its sharp edges, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to use. The vanity unit started coming apart, and I had to remove it within just 20 days due to its poor quality. These were clearly manufacturing faults, not caused by misuse.

The biggest disappointment was the company’s attitude. Instead of accepting responsibility and replacing the defective products under warranty, they repeatedly denied that there was any manufacturing fault. I was constantly passed from one excuse to another and left to deal with the problems myself.

I spent a significant amount of money expecting quality products and professional after-sales service, but I received neither. The installation itself was acceptable, but the quality of the products and the refusal to honour warranty obligations completely ruined the experience.

If you value quality, customer service, and a company that stands behind its products, I cannot recommend this business. Think carefully before purchasing from them, because if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to accept responsibility.

Despite a problem with order Sheryl was really helpful and sorted it out mega quick! I can recommend bathroom mountain for a great service

Dreadful company!!! Who charges £170 to return a radiator that never even left the box! - this was part of a bulk order from them!!! An honest mistake …
Got the wrong size and another ordered from THEM to replace to be told it would cost £170 to return!!!

I had a very helpful gentleman Abdul bassit on the phone today who processed refund very quickly. He also looked in another order for me.

The website was easy to use and delivery super fast. Only issue was damaged items that got replaced twice. Bit faffy getting replacement.

Narish was helpful in resolving my issue.

Miss Narish solved an issue over the phone effectively - our bath was delivered without its leg kit.
Miss Narish organised the replacement with next day delivery for the inconvenience we faced installing our bathtub.

My bathroom mirror developed a fault. I contacted the team and Haider was fantastic. They quickly verified the issue and arranged for a replacement to be delivered next day. Fantastic customer service and would highly recommend using them. Thank you Haider!
