I had an excellent experience with Ryan at Bathroom Mountain, Rayleigh. When we discovered that our basin was broken, Ryan went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He arranged a replacement promptly within a day, which was incredibly helpful and saved us from delays with our bathroom installation.

His communication, professionalism and customer care were outstanding throughout. He genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted quickly and with minimal hassle.

Exceptional service and a great example of how customer care should be. Thank you, Ryan! Highly recommended.

The product is good, only thing is that the door doesn’t stay open (it swings slowly shut so have to be careful not to catch yourself).
The main reason for the 3/5 is due to no response about the light changing as unable to figure this out & not on instructions. Still waiting for a response weeks later

Only half the order arrived .This means another day off work on the only days you have off .You have to wait in again also some is arriving on another day so three wasted days .So expierence not good .Please check orders properly Goodsvare not paid in seperate amounts so order should arrive in one delivery customer services help full but still my other part of delivery is arriving in 2 seperste deliveries

After ordering a radiator next day delivery never came, then rang them told me it wasn't it stock and to wait til the end of August for a delivery to the factory so we did and called again and they said will order it for next day again never came for a sms to say it wasn't AGAIN out of stock! So spoke to a manager and they said it was out of stock so ordered a white one for next day AGAIN NEVER CAME to be told it was out of stock! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THESE

Delivered on time.
Good quality product as described and good value.
Will use again for other jobs.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for better customer service from Bathroom Mountain.

I had an issue with a radiator we’d ordered, and both Mussab and Kelsey D were absolutely fantastic in helping me get it resolved. They were friendly, understanding and genuinely seemed to care about getting everything sorted for me.

The replacement was arranged quickly and the whole process was made incredibly easy. What could have been a really frustrating experience was completely turned around by the way they handled it.

A huge thank you to both Kelsey D and Mussab. Brilliant customer service and a great example of how looking after your customers should be done. It’s very much appreciated!

I bought and installed a wall mounted basin mixer tap over 5 years ago and unfortunately it has started to have a small leak.

My plumber stated it would need a new cartridge if the product is still available.

I called Bathroom Mountain to make the enquiry genuinely thinking I will end up needing a new tap.

And then I spoke to Gina. Gina, with no trouble at all was able to source the part and send me a link to purchase in what seemed like seconds!!! She stayed on the line whilst a made the purchase and confirmed it had gone through theor system to ensure it would be delivered the next day.

Fantastic service from Gina. Since we used Bathroom Mountain 5 years ago they have grown their business and I can see why if all their staff are as helpful and knowledgeable as Gina.

Great communication and quick delivery. On top of that the cabinet was extremely good price wise.

Couldn’t quite complete the order online. Sent a query to customer service services. It was answered by Haider very promptly. Got all the answers I wanted. Gave me free delivery as a gesture of goodwill. I was very impressed, especially with the next day delivery. Highly recommend.

After experiencing poor customer service from colleagues regarding a price match, I called in and spoke with Sammi who fantastic to deal with. She reviewed the case and sorted out the price match very efficiently and professionally.
