Great quality, fast delivery

Unfortunately received a slightly damaged item however Haider from customer support was brilliant help in arranging a replacement for me. Shower unit which arrived at the same time looks good

I got my cabinet fitted by a professional who drew my attention to the shelves which were 4mm too wide to fit into the brackets. I was happy to let the shelves 'sit' on top of the brackets rather than 'slot into' but got in touch with customer services to tell them of the fault. IQRA quickly and politely assessed the situation and resolved with a prompt partial refund.

Great service and processed the delivery refunds straightaway

After receiving my order, I noticed I was missing a part of the delivery (thermostatic valves) I rang customer services and spoke with Abdul Basit.
He was very helpful and processed an immediate refund.

I have bought several items from bathroom mountain , a couple of times i have needed customer services.
Both times the service i have received has been exceptional.
I spoke this morning to A. Basit who was brilliant and very helpful.

Delivery was prompt and the lads were professional, lifting the radiators into a place of my choosing.
They items themselves look and work brilliant. I will be using this company again.

Replacement cabinet sent very timely. Our cabinet was delivered with a smashed panel. I contacted customer support and Harmain Khan organised a free replacement very quickly, even though the damage was reported after the two day window. Reported after the 2 day window due to the panel not being taped into the packaging properly and fell to the bottom of the box and was hidden by the polystyrene until we realised it was missing when we went to install the cabinet. Looked in the box again and found the missing panel smashed. Thanks Harmain for understanding and making the exception to send a full replacement for free though outside the 48 hour window.
