Very Efficient

I bought a lot of items from Bathroom Mountain. They have been extremely efficient. Today I was hunting for my invoices, contacted their chat and actually got a REAL person, yaaay. Caitlin found my invoices and emailed them to me. Super efficient. Happy customer.

The staff were very good.

The staff, and everyone that we had to deal with, were not just knowledgeable, but friendly too. We found virtually everything that we needed, and delivery was arranged, "to suit our needs", at the same time. Excellent.

Abdul basit delivered brilliant customer service
I mixed up my delivery address and he immediately sorted it out, even waived the delivery charge as a good will gesture and it’s still coming same day so no delays!
