Waliya (customer service assistant) was able to answer my questions very quickly and assist in my quest to return some purchased goods, which was very much appreciated.

We bought a shower glass and shower tray from them and arrived in time but the customer changed his mind and wanted different sizes so I asked them to assist me with the return.
It’s a nightmare,lots of complicated stuff to stop you to return unpacked items so my building company never use them in the future.

Ordered Saturday afternoon, delivered monday morning. Plenty of notifications on delivery times and even a phone call when they were 30 minutes away.

All items delivered in good condition and pre-assembled.

Promised next day delivery that never transpired. No update to explain the delay or a rescheduled delivery date. This delayed my project significantly, created additional cost and was incredibly inconvenient. Feels like once they got my money, I didn't matter. Very disappointed.

Staff, every one of them so very helpful at the Milton Keynes store. We purchased all our bathroom items from here and when the bath came with a small chip they expedited a very quick replacement. We've had excellent service from from Simon, Pete, Alfie and especially Rob who couldn't have been more helpful in his role. I would highly recommend this company as their products are good quality and v great value for for money.
