Bathroom Mountain Reviews 

Ordered several days in advance but delivery was split and 2days late.
The bath is freestanding but relays upon its weight to hold it in place, unfortunately this does not work on acrylic baths therefore I had to modify the feet so they could be fixed to the floor.
The freestanding chrome waste kit is not a standard UK size 40mm so had to modify this to fit into standard pipe. Although it is not UK standard size too small the OD is 36mm not 40 as required and not 32mm so non UK standard sizes.
The overflow is a very strange design the large rubber washer has a slot for the overflow which has to correspond with the metal overflow cover, unless you have 8 arms and 16 hands it is problematic to fit.
The bath taps are machined incorrectly meaning one of the unions leaked very badly again I had to modify this.
The control of water flow is non existent meaning this is non standard.
I have raised all of this with bath mountain, it is my belief their products do not meet current building regulations England due to the non fixable bath, non standard and smaller than required bath waste, the controllable tap flow rate.
I have been told that they are consulting their technical department I would assume China. I am still waiting 2 weeks later!
The customer service is non existent but when you can speak with someone they are not very understandable nor do they understand they are certainly not technical in any way.
I have left one star because you can’t leave zero.
I have made this work possibly because I have worked in the construction industry for over 40 years.

Excellent product and super fast delivery. I was concerned that the mirrors might not be good quality but they are superb and true.

An honest review - I purchased a number of items from this online retailer, I received the items and upon install realised that the toilet was too big and the toilet seat hardware was in gold, this is my mistake. This order is worth over £400.00 not loads of money, but it is to me.
I organised a return at my own cost, over £70.00.
Returned the items all well packaged, but 20 days later have not had a refund, I asked for a break down to find the toilet that I paid nearly £149.00 is being refund at £58.00. No explanation as to why, I have email a 2nd time for them to explain to me.
I have bought a number of bathroom items from them, but I wont be back after this experience.

Easy order process , good choice , packed excellent, however despite paying next day delivery, delivery company failed and took a further 4 days , did call bathroom mountain and the lady was very helpful ..despite a few issues would recommend bathroom mountain and certainly their mirrors

Very helpful, I had issues with the page reloadingso I contacted them via email. A customer service rep, I believe called Minahil helped me by sending the items over in a link, which made everything so easy.
I've used the site before and they are always helpful and radiators purchased look and work great

But unfortunately this was let down by a two day delay in the delivery

I had a few items to order and needed help. Toni Wiseman at the Swindon branch was very helpful. She spent a lot of time looking up all the products checked that was what I wanted and ensured I was happy with my purchases. Her customer service was second to none.

Bought a whole bathroom suite from bathroom mountain plus wall and floor tiles. Spent a good bit of money with them.

the service from the orpington branch was exceptioanl with a very very helpful salesman there who knew his stuff plus his colour schemes. I cant remember his name but he was a bathroom fitter previously. a big thankyou to him. For the store service i will give five stars.

However, customer support sucks where i award a one star for their performance. We had a couple of issues where we needed advice but after the bathroom was complete, we noticed a very very small leak from the sink waste. I removed all the waste system, re-siliconed it all and put back together. The leak was still there. This was not a drip drip mix. it was a very fine slow leak that left a spot of water every day inside the draws under the sink. I informed customer support where they asked for a video showing the leak even though i highlighted in the first instance that it was not dripping, it was just a very fine leak that was not visible to the naked eye. guys name was mehmood. i am very critical of him. Still, they insisted on a video to show how it was leaking. i just wanted a replacement waste as there must be a fine hairline crack inside the waste inself. cost was £13.00 for a new one. still getting nowhere , i told them to shove it where the sun does not shine and will just go and buy one myself. Arguing over a £13.00 waste is costing me more in time and effort so i went bought one from screwfix.
How do you lie under a bathroom sink with a camera/phone to video a leak that cannot be seen?

I also had to purchase a flat fibre washer to go between the bottom seal and the king nut bcause as you tighten the king nut, the bottom seal was twisting which also in turn would creat a gap and cause a leak.

Ordered 2 mirrors and a couple of taps. One of the mirrors had an issue with the led within the mirror. I emailed customer service and received a response from Waliya who sorted me a replacement next day. Great service.

order arrived speedily, haven;t opened it yet, but all seems well

My goods were delivered damaged, a transit issue , these radiators are extremely heavy , I guest either it fell or something fell on to it … the drivers must have known ad I saw it as soon as I turned the box around. This was obviously not their problem.. they couldn’t care less.
Mountain bathroom were amazing in sorting this out promptly.. Samantha was especially remarkable… thank you

Every time I order something isn’t delivered or it’s broken

Bathroom Mountain is a company that has an excellent customer service and after sales team. I had reason to call on three separate occasions and each representative i spoke to were professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
I wished to return my item due to late delivery meaning that I no longer required the purchase and because of the inconvenience the advisor (MUQADDIS) arranged for free collection for my return.
I can't fault Bathroom Mountain however their outsourced third party delivery partner has some issues that need resolving.
