Sajeel responded really quickly to my query and was super helpful answering my query about different vanity unit available, and trying to find me just the right one. Hopefully my order goes through smoothly, but Sajeel got everything off to a good start!

I had an issue with one of my radiator that was rusting at the top end. I spoke to customer service agent Muqaddis who was very helpful and got it sorted within 2 days and replacement was sent and delivered within 3 days in total. She provided Great and exceptional service . I am very please with the outcome

Bought our bathroom from bathroom mountain last year and was gorgeous so ordered from them again this year for our sons bathroom. Fantastic service again but for some reason the sink unit only came with one door handle. Quick email to them and reply from Kelsey to advise another one is on the way. Speedy response to items missing from package

Absolutely appalling customer service and one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

The product turned out to be too large for our bathroom, so we wanted to return it. However, we were required to arrange and pay for the return of the main product ourselves. Even worse, we were told that we would be fully responsible if the product was damaged or lost during transit.

To protect ourselves, we took detailed photos of the product before handing it over to the courier and sent them to the company as proof that it was in perfect condition at the time of return.

The entire return process was unnecessarily stressful and completely unreasonable. Customers should not be made to take this level of risk and responsibility when returning a product.

This was an absolutely disgraceful customer experience. I will definitely never shop with this company again, and I would strongly think twice before recommending them to anyone.

We spoke to Haider about an issue we had experienced when trying to exchange one tap for another with another customer agent .Haider took the time to understand the issue and came up with a solution that worked for all involved - excellent customer service skills .

I ordered two radiators one vertical and the other horizontal, l received the vertical one only one time and when l called the customer staff they told me that the horizontal one is out of stock. They have not notified me initially that this one is not available but they took the money from my account. I found out lack of integrity from some of the staff about the availability of the item in the future.

We ordered a bathroom vanity unit from Bathroom Mountain.
We were kept up to date with delivery details.
It arrived already made up which is great.
It was missing the basin.
I messaged customer services bank holiday weekend and had a prompt reply from Minahil explaining the original basin was damaged.
The replacement arrived the following day.
The vanity has not been fitted yet but appears to be very good quality.
