It was so difficult to return the wrong tap. I had nit used it the plumber juts looked at it and said it’s the wrong tap.
So return you have to take pictures send them and the pictures would be returned as not correct. It’s just too much.I think they just want you to give up.

Missing parts
Had the bathroom items delivered about a month ago and checked for scratches and quality/quantity then no issues! Due to building delays it wasn’t until a month later when the plumber was getting the taps out ready to do first fix that we realised lots of parts were missing. Contacted bathroom mountain and spoke with Waliya who was extremely helpful and advised what I needed to do and things were sorted within a couple of days and with replacements on there way! Great customer service and communication from Waliya, thank you
