We would thoroughly recommend Bathroom…
We would thoroughly recommend Bathroom Takeaway - we hadn't heard of or used them before but discovered them whilst searching online for reasonably priced products for a major re-work of our bathroom. It had been quite a task making sure items we selected were compatible with each other in particular shower tray and enclosure. Bathroom Takeaway were always at the end of the phone and responded promptly to emails and committed to item compatibility queries where other firms wouldn't with one firm saying we needed to read all the instructions to get the answers - not very helpful especially when swimming dizzy trying to navigate multiple possibilities, items, options, prices, delivery charges and so on.
To add to the above although delivery wasn't particularly urgent we had to try to get items delivered on a specific day. Bathroom Takeaway again were extremely helpful going the extra mile regarding communications with us, the couriers they use, and also their detailed knowledge and understanding of how their couriers operate and when best to place our order so that our delivery date could be met.
Brilliant service all round and totally recommend Bathroom Takeaway to anyone else. Thank You.

The delivery service was appalling
The delivery service was appalling. I requested twice a suitable delivery day They left my items on the street despite requiring a signature . Customer service kept reciting Covid as a factor( 6 years ago) !

I am sorry to have seen your review.
I have investigated your query and I can see you raised your order 12/10 and this was dispatched 13/10.
I can see you contacted us 14/10 on the delivery day to request delaying the delivery to the following day. We contacted the courier to request the delivery for the following day, who advised us that they would email the depot to tell the driver to not deliver the goods.
It would appear that the driver sadly did not get this message in time and left the items "safe" and signed for it as such.
You contacted us 26/10 to advise us that your neighbour had thankfully taken the items in for you on your behalf. When you queried about the courier leaving the items you were advised that due to the COVID 19 outbreak in 2020, the UK government provide couriers the ability to leave items at the receiving addresses if they feel it safe to do so. This policy still exists today.
We will investigate this further with the courier to establish what has happened in this case as we feel that the drivers discretion in this case was misplaced.
Again please accept our apologies on behalf of the courier for this.

Dreadful customer service. No one gets back to you. Ordered glass screen first one was apparently damaged in transit. The other one was due to be delivered last week. No glass and no replies from company
