We categorically reject this review and believe it misrepresents what took place.

The customer initially contacted us claiming that their order had arrived with smashed vials. As we do with every damage claim, we immediately requested photographs so we could investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

The initial images provided raised a number of questions, so we requested further photographs of the products, labels and packaging to verify the claim. The customer then alleged that the vials had no labels, that the sealed foil pouches had already been opened, that there was no protective bubble wrap, and that the products had simply been placed loose inside the parcel.

Unfortunately, these claims are inconsistent with our fulfilment process. Our products cannot be dispatched without labels, they are labeled before they’re stored in our refrigeration unit - prior to even being selected for dispatch. Every order is packed in heat-sealed foil pouches with protective bubble wrap before being sealed inside a mailing bag. The outer packaging shown in the photographs also appeared intact, despite claims that the internal sealed packaging had been opened before delivery. You say the outer packaging was delivered intact but somehow the foils bags were ripped open - this is not possible.

Because we could not verify the claim from the evidence provided, we were unable to authorise a refund. This decision was based solely on the inconsistencies between the evidence supplied and our documented packing process.

We replace or refund genuinely damaged orders without hesitation when the evidence supports the claim. We also have a responsibility to investigate claims thoroughly to protect both our business and our genuine customers. We are confident we handled this matter fairly, consistently and professionally throughout.
