Our cat loves her Bella & Duke so much she's usually scoffed it off the fork before it hits her bowl.

Recently changed my cocker spaniel over to raw dog food, had a few questions, so I emailed them and immediately got a reply. Prompt delivery service well packed.

Hi again. As you know I've tried your food but my little girl is so so fussy. I've been trying to introduce her for a few weeks now but unfortunately she doesn't like it. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for a while now so I'm hoping this will be done. Regards Jane

My two large dogs have been having Bella and duke raw food for 7 years now, and they love it, never had any problems.
And the extra treats are amazing

Having brought our beloved cat thousands of miles to join us in our new home country, we were concerned about how she would take to food she was not used to.

We tried Bella and Duke 1st because of all the good reviews and she hasn't looked back since!

In fact, she's become a bit of a greedy kitty now ;)

Great customer service- very helpful as I had to cancel my subscription as my dog was being fussy. No hard sales pitch or pressure to keep the subscription

One of my ragdoll cats absolutely loves this raw food (all of the flavours) with a little of their ‘magic sprinkles’ product sprinkled on the top. My other cat hates it, refuses to even try it and prefers his premium tinned food! Bella and Duke are very helpful and they followed up my first order with a call about a week later, giving me some very helpful advice on a few questions I had. It’s easy to revise or delay the subscription if you need to. I’ve found it’s cheaper than buying other premium brands. A few little niggles: Portion sizes could be smaller (250gram packs) and my cat only really eats about 50 grams at each meal. Apparently the raw meat will keep for 4 days in the fridge after defrosting though. I have to take it out a short time before meal times as my cat likes it at room temperature. As it’s raw meat it needs to be stored in a sealed container in the fridge. (Bella and Duke provide these free but you have to ask.) You’ll also need to be careful with dishing it up and with hand washing etc. So it’s not quite as convenient as just opening a tin… and you have to find quite a large space for it all in your freezer when it arrives too. But so far at least one cat loves it so I believe it’s worth the extra effort involved in storing, serving it etc.

So far so good 5 days in, all food gone in 1 minute, if this goes on for the next 10 days it will be 10 stars not 5 stars. Thank you Bob 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

It is easy to order on Line. If you have any issues the customer team are quick to respond and very Helpful.

My golden retriever willow can’t get enough of Bella and duke meals and neither can I. The range of choices is fantastic and willow never gets bored of them. Bella and Duke’s commutation is great too.

Great variety of food. Sadly, even after trying all varieties and all help offered by B&D, our little one didn't take to it, subscription cancelled. It was 3x more expensive than we were paying a month and it would have been helpful to have smaller size pouches ie250/250g.

Very helpful, and can always speak to a knowledgeable person.

Ease of ordering and entering dogs details so food could be calculated for them personally. Great after sales service and courtesy call to find out how pet was getting on with raw food. Dog is liking her food so far and licks her bowl after every feed. Delivery was good and delivered on time and food was still frozen.

My keeshonds and pomeranians love this food such a good variety of flavours and with the extras in each pack gives a good balanced food. Having the food delivered regularly takes the stress out of forgetting. My dogs give it 5 stars 🌟
