I use their postal service and it is excellent. The young lady who takes my order over the phone is lovely and always has a pleasant chat with me. Delivery time is also excellent. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and service. On the rare occasion that I visit the shop in Hinckley I find all the staff delightful.
