I joined Betmaster today, and before depositing I uploaded my proof of ID and address, in my case a passport and a an official letter from the government.
After initially losing my first £35 deposit I re-deposited another £100.
Thankfully I was fortunate enough to win just over £1100.
I decided to leave a little in the account while withdrawing the £1100.
For anyone who has experienced numerous online gambling sites, there are clearly good and bad ones.
I'm extremely pleased to say I would place Betmaster firmly in the former category.

Document verification system is slow and they do everything to make any kind of withdrawal difficult: the bonus it offers to new customers is a misleading advertisement, they never allow you to withdraw.
I was playing normal, my account was already verified and after winning some bets at the time of withdrawing, they started to create difficulties and asked for my verification again, but to deposit more money, they allow.

No promotions and awful payouts
Just looked at a review of them not paying out on over 4.5 cards on Forrest vs Fenerbache.
Their response was they got their statistics from Nottingham Forrest's website haha (that's a first), opta and live score both have 5 yellow cards.
I imagine they scour every stat site to benefit them 'well my little brother said it was only 2-0 so we can't pay out on over 2.5"

My account was blocked and money confiscated with no proof. They assume that I made multiple accounts which is not allowed by Terms and Conditions. However I am 100% sure that I didn't and when I tried to ask for a proof or escalate further they are just telling me that the decision is final. Also live support is worst ever, they've been asking me stupid unrelated questions which I used to answer stating that they wan't to see a stetement from my other bank which I've used to fund my main bank, but I never used my Main bank to fund my other bank. Overall this is the only UK bookmaker with a scam reputation.
